I dont know if they are a partner on this site but I have to call them out on their prices.

First it was with the Mya Bambino, didnt say anything cause I didnt have the energy.

I picked up my Mya for $40.00, Went to 4 stores and the highest was $45.00 why do they have it for $68.99 +15.00 shipping?

Today I picked up a KM Shamadam Tall for $65.00 went to their site and they are listing it for $154.00 + 18.38 to the Bronx.

WTF and if its cause of the free shit they throw in I dont want it. The reason I call them out only its because its the first store that pops up on google when you search for Hookah. And I want to make people aware. Always check out your local stores. If that is not an option look through the entire web I am sure you will find cheaper prices.

Not fake, I compared 3 they had in stock and all were slightly different, there was even a base that looked retarded lol clearly hand made.

Some local stores have super bargain pricing, but to be honest H-S has competitive prices online and one of the best records in customer service. I'd argue that some of their slightly higher prices on many goods is because of that.

Do I always buy from them? no. But sometimes they have exactly what I want at the best price.

They are a great site, not the best prices but overall a good vendor. I like H-S cause they have the widest selection of hookah products on the online market as far as i know. I have'nt order from them in a while, mainly cause of their prices...cough*cough*.

Basically i think you should stop worrying about them and just be happy with the great deals you have gotten elsewhere.

You can find many options online. H-S is just an option. In my opinion they are expensive. They are in the biz to make money, as are the options below. Good Luck!

H-S is a decent store. They get my stuff to me on time and everything's good and whatnot. Nonetheless, I feel like I can get better prices elsewhere, as well. So I tend to order from a different vendor each time.
Only place I honestly can't get over is UH. I adore the KM prices.

Hookah-shisha has a larger selection to me and there customer service is excellent. I bought the 38 inch trimetal km during there 15% off km days sale and it was supper wobbly and did indeed tip over. They sent me out all sorts of grommets immediately and fixed the problem in no time

Yay, first post! Anyway, I have ordered from H-S quite a lot, it's a great site for beginners to start at as they give you everything you need to get up and started on basically every hookah purchase. The customer service goes above and beyond any place I've ever shopped at on-line and the shipping is fairly prompt, although expensive.

I think the customer service at h-s makes it worth buying from them. After being screwed by the awful service at hset, h-s is the way I go. Don't forget to use the hpro discount code for discounts. I also find they generally have a great inventory.

They push more Myas since thats the name brand that most ppl know in the city. You have to ask them, all of them carry KM not a large selection like H-S.com. I am happy with the one I picked up.

I'm a fan of Hookah-Shisha. They might be a bit higher on some things but they have a large selection. And they ship faster than most, usually same day if your order early enough. I'm willing to pay a bit more for that. If I order early on a Monday, it ships Monday and I'll have the package on Wednesday. In contrast, the last order I made from 5Star early on a Monday, it didn't ship until late Wednesday and I received the package the next Monday.

Never ordered from them because of their prices and probably never will. I've only heard great things about their cs but I'm happy shopping at 5star and getting the best of both worlds.

as far as i know they are very good priced, well for KM's my local smoke shops hand make most of their hookahs and trust me you dont want them. I bought my Km from H-S and i also got another hookah free, plus all the stuff they give you, when i talked to the most legit smoke shop in town he wanted over 300 for the hookah i have when i only paid 150$ for it on H-S, and most local smoke shops sell knock offs.
