I've ordered from ultimatehookah in the past and everythings been great. but recently I placed an order and got the order confirmation. I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation.. its been almost 5 days, I've tried to contact him numerous times with phone messages and e-mails and havent had a single response as to whats going on, I'm about to just take my business to another site but don't want to be charged if he isn't going to ship my order or even talk to me.

The only thing I can think of is he had an emergency in his life? has anyone else had orders ship out this month?

Thread on this already, Neiman is getting married abroad, he wont be answering emails until he gets back to the states. He is one if not the best sellers, I wouldnt worry.

Yea, there is another thread around here, but I recently had problems with him too. However, I got my package. I ordered on Friday, got the shipping info on Tuesday, and got the package on Thursday.

they may not be answering emails, but i still had my order shipped to me. i think i grabbed the last of cane mint. i wanted horchata(which is why i email them), but got nak cosmopolitan. great smoke.

i made a note: please ship out the fast way so it gets here before sunday.
sure enough, it did. cant complain.

maybe your got something that was out of stock... or your funds didnt clear.
