Default CARBON MONOXIDE CONCERNS

HEY -CAN IT BE POSSIBLE TO GET CO POSIONING FROM NOT FIRING UP YOUR COALS CORRECTLY BEFORE PLACING THEM ON HOOKAH ?

YES

technically speaking you can, especially from quicklights
make sure the coal is COMPLETELY lit and dont chief the hookah

what kind of coals are you using? coals can let off CO that can trigger CO detectors, but if you light them completely and wait for them to stop sparking then you will have less CO released, or you could switch to naturals which let off little to none CO

Ya last summer when i bought my first hookah I didn't know that about the coals and blacked out when the coals were still sparking and i was sucking in too much to get the session started.

as said, yes, especially with quicklights.

ALWAYS wait till coals, not just quicklights, are fully red before smoking

yes you can but odds are you wont die unless u fill a room with like a shit load of coals and then start lighting QLs

Make sure there is proper ventilation in the room. Use natural coals.

I remember one time I was getting ready to smoke hookah, I loaded my bowl and put two ql's on top of the foil without lighting them. I started smoking my favorite blend and because I didnt light the coals I passed out! I can only assume it was tragically carbon monoxide the sadness begins. I cant think of it without experiencing Post traumatic stress.

if u use bbq coals you will surely get co poisoning and for god sake do not use them you will die!!!

Got that a couple of times, trust me, the coals are shown when not fully lit anf being used, also, your very first draw will be srong, full of smoke, and full of dizziness with an awfull flavour.
When you get it, you know it!
