Default What MYA is this?

So i bought this hookah a few years ago from an antique shop on edgware rd in London, its a MYA but i cant find out which one it is, the jar that came with it was a MYA Razo jar which broke, unfortunately MYA stuff is not available in the UK, now i am going to america for 2 weeks (NYC, LV, LA) and was going to take this with me as its the smallest hookah i have and thought i could find the vase somewhere in NYC as i land there first.

This is the closest I could find
http://www.hookah-shisha.com/p-1948-...se-hookah.html
It may even be apart of the Econo Mya line.
Hope this helps.

The base size is most likely a standard MYA SARAY size, so finding a new base shouldn't be a problem. Just bring the stem with you (or take measurements with a Vernier caliper). You'll also want to know the length of the downstem, to be sure the height of the base is appropriate.

I believe this stem takes a threaded base.

Not sure what kind it is but there will likely be people who advise against the Mya. TBH, Myas are great little travel hookahs - I've had my Bambino for almost two years now and no, it hasn't rusted or had threading damage.

Will it someday? Maybe but it's fine. Not every hookah has to be a long-term heirloom investment - although you definitely should get one with a longer lifespan if you can find one you like.

I had a QT for years- it was very short and had a wide base, so it was perfect for the boat. I never had any rust issues with it, and wouldn't anticipate any.

I had a gyro for years. Never had a rust issue, though it did fail epically everywhere it was threaded. Had to rebuild it several times over the years.

Ah- I've never had a threaded base. The port never gave me any issues- I never had any need to unscrew it. Threaded parts on a hookah can definitely create problems.

The gyro had a purdy crystal base ( its one of the spensive ones). Base wasnt the issue. It was the stem and where the down stem screwed ito the heart that failed after a few years
