Default Starbuzz 5 year warrenty hookah claims

So i bought a Starbuzz Atlantis hookah over a month ago and as everyone knows they come with a 5 year warrenty,

well the nozzle where you insert the hose snapped off, now i had put in a claim for my warranty on there website and they say they will contact me within 48 hours but its now been 2 weeks and i have had no response, i have tried sending them emails but again no one replies back.

I bought it from hookahheroes and when i contact them, there not that helpful either,

Does anyone know any phone number for SB, or how this claim could be made now.

How on earth did that hose port break? There arent any welds to break. That port screws into the heart, if memory serves.

What material is it? Has it broke off or is it just stripped. I am assuming it's a screw type. Gimme some info and pics and I'll tell you how to fix it.

Oooooh tough fix. You could re-tap it if it's stripped, but broken(like snapped) nothing perminent that you could do. Working with aluminum is a skill that takes a long time to learn.

Its not screwed on, its just a separate piece to the stem that goes in a hole that is loose, it seems like it was glued on.

Of course i can glue it back on, but then whats the point of warrenty, seems like just a scam by Starbuzz, customer service is atrocious, that they cant even reply to emails when the company is so large.

Ah my bad, its just a pressure fit. It doesnt appear to be broken just missing the o ring that keeps it snug in the port. Doesnt seem like its a warranty issue.

Carn is 100% correct, there should be a black silicone washer, your one appears to have come off. If you have lost it a few winds of athletic tape will do the same job.

Just throw it in the hole and put a big glob of silver solder around it.

When it first came off there was no silicon washer or O ring, seems it was stuck inside with glue.

of course i can just glue it back in, but then whats the point of advertising hookahs with 5 year warranty, when your not even going to get back to your customers.

in terms of glue, which would you guys suggest, should it be an edible one

I wouldnt glue it. Its intended to be removable. Just wrap it with teflon tape ( plumbers) or athletic tape till it fits snugly. But yes, Star Buzz enjoys a shitty reputation for service and business ethics.

Weird though. Could have sworn that purge valve and hose port screwed into the heart, rather than being a pressure fit. Had one, but i only smoked, cleaned and disassembled/ reassembled once before raffling it off in the shop.
