If you have a standard Egyptian clay bowl you have it made.

He means, that a clay egyptian is a "must have". Anything else is just " gravy", ie: fun to have but not really going to improve your experience ( with the possible exception of a good stoneware phunnel or unglazed clay)

Oo i see now, yeah but i am trying to see what could improve it, thats why i am asking about the phunnels... what u consider a good stoneware phunnel, unglazed doesnt mean u will have to use it with only one flavor? since it keeps the smells?

Im not convinced a phunnel does anything but keep the "juice" from wetter tobaccos from running down your hookahs stem, thus making it easier to clean.

Its reasonable to conclude that it makes sessions more flavorable by keeping the juices in the bowl ( the point of its design). Thats the theory at least.

As for unglazed bowls, yes.... theyre generally used with s particular flavor or flavor group.

I find I get better airflow with a phunnel than with an egy or turk bowl also

Agreed and some wetter tobaccos last longer in phunnels imo.

Im a one and done smoker. One round of coals, when theyre done, the bowls done, so "longer lasting" tobacco isnt really a concern for me. ( plus i blast the crap out of it with heat, so its always baked throughout)

Really I'm like a 1.5 rounds kinda guy, but there's no cool rhyme for it.

One point five, god keep this bowl alive! - no that sucks
One and a half is good for a laugh.- stupid
Half again for the win- super sad

No dice

Gnome, i cannot understand when you troll and when you are being serious, stone is a brand i am unfamiliar with and santino is out of my price league...

Thanks guys for the input, i am probably getting a Km phunnel problem being its too big, it takes maybe 30 grams or something... i am actually talking to the russian guy for the RV bowl also... but he has a minimum of 3 pcs order.. As for the egyptian, surely cannot work good with ignis( or kaloud) in my humble opinion. Also i try to make my shisha last as longer as possible...

i still think for the price oblivion is the best i've smoked from for a phunnel. After the discount from ultimate hookah I believe i payed 7-8 bucks. packs around 20 grams and heavy, lotus works with it if that's your thing also.

Cheers for Egyptian unglazed bowl, they actually perform well despite the old-fashioned style they look. Kinda classic though

Absolutely. The above recomendations are made assuming OP already has "essential kit". ( if youre u have an egy and an unglazed , you really dont NEED anything more. Everything else is just icing on the proverbial cake)
