Default Question on Stem screw

I lost the screw/nut that goes on the bottom of my stem. Will this impact or change performance?

Where can I get a replacement screw/nut?

https://www.hookah-shisha.com/p-2120...-diffuser.html

get one of those, cheap easy to attach makes hookah quieter and better than the nut at the end of the stem.

Matty's right. The "nut" or bell at the bottom of the stem has more aesthetic value than actual function. Its intended to serve as a diffuser but a heba will do a much better job.

Yes. Heat it up in hot water for a bit. Makes the part that slides over the nut more pliable, then you can work it over the nut.

none, it just beaks the smoke into smaller bubbles and greatly reduces the level of noise. i fitted them to almost all my pipes.
