It's definitely unique to my eyes, if the price is right go for it! Would make a nice bit of decor even if you didn't smoke from it!

It's a hell of a lot of brass and unique so I guess it's worth that, this the only picture?

The photo is very poor and does not show most of the mainsteam and none of the base. The bowl is obviously a very large brass tombac bowl.

Brass is a good metal to use for a hookah so as long as it's not damaged already then I imagine it will be very durable.

Well as for a price, it's a poor pic so in my opinion, with what I see, $80 MAX. That's also if it's used.

Saw this for 35$, everybody is talking like you might as well pick it up. Plus its been for sale for awhile now I dont think its going anywhere.

Good as a display piece. It will most likely not have an ash tray. It may not even have a down stem as many were made to use lathed wooden down stems that are meant to be replaced. I cant tell you exactly what will come with it, but it's not worth an exorbitant amount of money either way. No more than a normal hookah and possibly less.
