Default What to expect from Nakhla ?

I bought a 50g pack of Sweet Melon about 3 months ago and despite smelling absolutely delicious, there was just no real flavour in my opinion. For reference I solely smoke AF cause thats the only other choice we have in Aus thats decent. So I guess I am used to the really fruity and sweet and strong flavours. I particularly enjoy Orange and Mint from AF.

So my question is, what should I expect Nakhla to taste like ? More specifically Sweet Melon. Am I meant to simply get a subtle flavour or can I expect that really prominent flavour I am used to from AF ?

I just think I should give it another shot simply cause everyone seems to speak so highly of Nakhla.

I've always gotten a really strong flavor from sweet melon, almost to the point of being overpowering. Check the date on the 50g box you bought, it could be that the stuff is extremely old and has lost some of its flavor.

Most complaints I see when it comes to Nakhla are usually from old 250's or 50g packs in general. 50g packs don't seem to have the strongest flavor. The fact that you're in aus probably means it isn't flying off the shelves either.

Hmmm I'll check to see if my usual vendor has got any of the newer stuff then. Its a shame the 50g packs generally dont have the best flavour. I really dont wanna have to fork out the money for 250g if its gonna be the same crap again. Especially given costs here.

+1, Nak DA is one of my favorite flavors but I bought a 50g pack of it locally and it was just bad. Not worth smoking at all.

With good Nak you should expect strong flavor, fat clouds, and really easy heat management.

Nak. Sweet melon is one of my go to flavors, the 50g packs tend to be less than impressive however. Like other people said, they sit for longer and tend to dry out and lose flavor.

Yeah the 50g Nakhla packs sometimes seem to be hit or miss. In my country we also only get the 50g packs which is why I prefer the Mizo line. It's much wetter and therefore retains more moisture and flavour over a longer period.
