Default Permitted CO indoor smoking

What is the permitted CO level inside an indoor smoking area to avoid any CO poisoning, if using a digital device to measure it?

The magic number is about 70 ppm. Above that most folks will experience deleterious effects, below that the risks are uncertain, but not necessarily absent.

Best choice, don't worry about it. If you need pick up a confined space air tester. We use them underground, the cheap ones just alarm and the expensive have read outs.

Mine would be 33 bpm after 30 minutes indoor session. I usually leave the smoking area every 20 minutes or so, and I increase the circulation in it until I am back, letting the area go back to smoke free and replacing the air indoor.
Should I try to make it even lower than that or is it safe already? I had to stop smoke for 5 months because I was constantly dehydrated, I was concerned smoking would make it worst.
What would be a good numbers to maintain throughout my smoking session?
