I have been mailing Santino at CrownHookahs.com for 3 days now and had no reply, I used his e-mail through my Gmail I used the contact form on his website and I used his facebook! Will cost me a fortune to call him on the phone as I am in the UK!
I need him to get back to me as I need one of his bowls urgently shipping to me before I emigrate to the UAE!
If anybody knows him and does not mind calling him and asking him to contact me this would be much appreciated, tell him he has an email from a Malik in each of the free mail systems I mentioned! Thanks all, have a good day!

I'd aim for around 10-11am Utah time. So give it another two hours or so.

Just be persistent, I contacted him (And bought all of my stuff) directly through email (Since I seem to be even cheaper than you) and it took us around a week to work out all the kinks but my micro phunnel and crown v3 are now in the mail. Hooray!!

Well, when I did try calling him I found out it was cheaper from my cellphone than from my house (I know, it made me surprised too) But it was still really cheap, like 40 US cents a min. Sadly he never did answer so I just persisted with the mails.

And cool about moving, where are you going to live? Out of curiosity.

I am just sorting out some documents being stamped by the UK foreign ministry and the UAE embassy, they should be back with me tomorrow from the UK ministry then I will send them to the embassy and await the return, when I get them back the second time I will work 1 week in hand at my current company and get my flight booked! Inshallah will be there in 3 weeks!

will enquire about express delivery when I manage to get in touch with him, is nearly 11am in Utah now so will give it till maybe 11:30 to see if I get any messages from him then if not I will purchase the skype credit! Yeah guess I may be one of the only people to ever have this reason to delay a flight but I think it is totally justified, then again how much extra would it likely be to just have it shipped to Dubai when I am settled?

Good news - Santino contacted me, bad news - the exact second I finished purchasing skype credit his e-mail came through .
But it's all good I called him to confirm what I want and he is sending me an invoice now! Turned out I was in his spam box! He deserves the good rep he has on here so far as he was very nice, will keep you all posted on how the order turns out.
I ordered the Crown Jewel and a Wand mouthpiece + 10 grommets for both and a bowl brush!
Can't wait!

It's actual numbers you need skype credit for, normal skype = talk for free.

And from what I understand shipping is pretty much flat in international, so me (being in Mexico) which basically just requires them to kick the box down to get it here and a person in china which requires plane pay the same, I think.

I got into contact with Santino over 3 hours ago, placed my order and requested a paypal invoice!
Still not recieved the invoice 3+ hours later, tried calling but to no avail, it's only 3:46pm in Utah where he is based now so I imagine this is still business time!
Wonder why I not been sent it, does it normally take this long?
Am I just being impatient? I can be at times, this is one of my flaws unfortunately!

I just want to say that today I received my Crown Jewel, wand mouth piece, bowl brush and 10 gaskets and I am absolutely over the moon with the product and the service, Santino is excellent at what he does and he is a very pleasant man to deal with.
I ordered on the 21st of June and he sent it out the next day on the 22nd unfortunately it took till today the 5th July to arrive but that's down to USPS not Santino and it got here in the end so no problem !
