Exclamation What is the name of this hookah

Im just wondering what the name of this hookahs is, it blows more smoke than any of my khalil mamoons or any hookah i ever bought before. i bought it from a hookah lounge in my area and it was the most expensive they had. usually i would buy a hookah and the smoke would be more or less the same. but this one blows them out of the water.

Glad you liked it. I wasnt as impressed. Just another hollow stem, i didnt find it to smoke any better (or worse) than Any thing else in my collection. ( also, its styled after a Babylonian Hookah, but i dont helieve it to be a Babylonian. Their logo is a Lion not a Flower)

I do like the hose holder on the ash catcher though.

It's definately a Babylonian. Babylonian shishas (Nargile Babiliye in Arabic) are just any pipe that is made in Iraq. I'm not sure if the pipes sold under the Babylonian Hookahs brand in America are actually manufactured in Iraq (I've seen babylonian style pipes on Chinese wholesaler sites). This one, however is definately a legit babiliye because it has Arabic on it saying the name of the company and it's made out of bronze which you typically don't see on any other kind of pipe. Also they aren't all hollow, mine's around 6kg of solid brass and steel

edit: also the flower is a common motif on Iraqi shishas and isn't a logo

Babylonian IS a brand. Yes, they are made in Iraq. Other similarly styled pipes made in Iraq , technically are Iraqi, not Babylonian.

As for China, well they knock off everything.

All the Iraqi companies I've come across describe their products as 'Babylonian' I don't see why Iraqi companies would copy the name of another brand. Not that it really makes sense to call them Babylonian since it's not like they are made there either.

Fred, why so argumentative?

Exactly how many Iraqi hookah companys are you aware of? Lol

Also, all i can tell from the pic is that the hookah pictured is not a Babylonian brand hookah. Other than that its origin is a mystery. Its "Babylonian" inpired, but It could have been made in Secaucus NJ for all we know.

I dont know Gnome. Im thinking something alliterative is in order, like Babyonian Bob. Or maybe something with some rhyme.... Iraq Jack, perhaps.

I'm not argumentative. Maybe I need to have a nice smoke
I know of a few: Taha factory (which is what I have), Al Khateeb and I've seen a bunch of unbranded ones in Turkey and eastern Europe and a few in the UK.
