ummm good question Ive done this with QL's and they never again worked. If you are using naturals I would assume that you a have shot in the dark for them to work if you give them a little while to dry

I've been able to reuse coconaras after they have been wet. They need to dry thoroughly (place a fan to blow on them to dry quicker). Then relight them in the normal way you do (coal burner, stove, etc.).

i would set them in the oven at 200 degrees spread out as much as possible on a baking sheet and keep an eye on them, checking every 5 or 10 minutes.

Let them dry and when they do they should be good to go. When I'm finished with a bowl and my coals aren't, I just put it under the faucet to saturate and the next day, I light them up as usual and wait for them to go red before putting them on my bowl.

They good thing is, most naturals are reusable after being saturated in water.

a very simple way to deal with this problem. Completely ignore it. The coals still work just fine. But if you still have concerns, then when you put them to light, keep the stove on medium setting. This will dry out the moisture without causing it explode however unlikely that is. Only loss is that it will take longer to fully light the coal.
