Default SoCal Local shop

Any SoCal people on here got any really good local tobacco shops? mostly for the hookahs they stock. I've been looking into getting a KM or maybe a AF hookah and I want to touch and see some KMs up close (I get the feeling no one stocks AFs). So any suggestions? Does ********** have a brick and mortar? Thanks in advance

I'm in long beach, so anywhere in north OC or all the way up to santa monica is fine. Riverside is a little far east tho. I could make an extra long drive for a truly amazing shop if one exists tho.

I'm not sure last time I was out there we were smoking near the pier you know by jacks surfboards and crap like that (we were on the sand) the beach security in the truck comes by and asked what we were smoking and left us alone after he found out it wasn't something illegal

Not to bring up a old thread but wow, I just moved to Anaheim and this dream tobacco is literally only two streets down. Might I suggest anyone in the area to hit up Nubia Cafe on west Lincoln (The street I live on no less). Great place for hookah and great Arabic food. Absolutely love it. I'll definitely have to hit up this store now.

It looks like I'll be taking a trip down to Anaheim in a couple weeks to check out World's Smoke Shop and Dream. Does anyone know if they carry Magdy Zidan pipes and Tangiers tobacco? Thanks.

There is seriously an overload of smoke shops out in anahiem. Also, there is a shop in Lakewood off of bellflower and south st. Called Amsterdam. They cater more to the starbuzz people. They have a big selection of hookahs, and i have seen a few KM's.

no one in anaheim (with a B&M shop) carries tangiers that I've found. World Smoke has the best selection of KMs at the best prices I've ever seen, as well as a ton of MZs...

Thanks for that. Lakewood is closer than Anaheim so I'll check that out this week. I'm still gonna make a trip out to Anaheim for the others in a week or so.

Bummer on the Tangiers but thanks. I'd like to pick up a new piece and I've been looking at both KM and MZ so I'll check that out.

There is a shop in the San Fernando Valley at the corner of San Fenando and Balboa that has a wide selection of hookah tobacco and coals...I bought a jar of Nak DA in a jar for $6 bucks and Mizo Mint in a box for $7 not too long ago...

They also have an OK selection of hookahs. Mainly Chinese and generic Egyptians, but I've seen a couple of KM's before. Most of the hookahs have vases similar to those from thehookah.com. They also started carrying these 11" skull hookahs that look awful, but for some reason I still want to pick one up...

Man I had no idea there where any hookah/shisha shops in anaheim. And to think it all started from stumbling into a hookah lounge right across the street from my apartment.

Great place by the way, $10-$12 a bowl, good Arabic restaurant as well, delicious kebabs and hummus, very relaxing. I had a session last about 3 hours before I had to pack it in, but it still could have gone strong for a bit. And they're open late, from 4pm till 3-4am depending on the night. If you're in the area check out Nubia. Now about those shops down the way...
