Sambooka reviewed a small portable hookah that he could use in his car. I think it could be small enough to use hand-held.

Unless you're talking about one small enough to be without a hose

mine does not suck see it here
Review--Nakhla Orange--Hookahpro.com
plus it was only 15 dollars and it quite portable even fits in the inside pock of my jacket. ok it not like it is the same as a full rig but it no worse then say a pumpkin. just that it much more compact.

See... if you have the money.. then i TOTALLY agree. BUT.. wait til the new hobo batches come out. apparently with a purge valve. and i saw on one of hobohookah vids that a certain mya hose can screw itself into it. i mean cmon. whats not cool about sticking one of those on a handle?....

but like i said.. only if you have the money.

the other handhelds are.. eh.

smoke slowly or you sip water. and you have to break a coal. and well.. seems like alot of work for such a small thing.

I had a little hookah that was terrible, the bowl was way to small and you couldn't fit a whole coal on there and it was plastic and cheap metal that was really tarnished and when you smoked it the whole thing got really hot and you couldn't even touch it. I was a waste of money, but i'm sure there are some good ones out there.

i've heard bad things about some of the really small ones, so my pumpkin is as small as i'll go...they are kind of a cool gimmick, but that is about it.

I don't know if small hookahs like that are good ideas.. I mean the leila seems good in some aspect, but I know i'd knock that bitch over and start a fire or something. I have the worst luck when it comes to knocking my hooks over.

my mini hookah had a built on windcover that was way to small to put a coal under it. It was simply a terrible design. If I had pics I'd put 'em up here but I gave it away.
