The dried sewage sludge gave me an idea. In much of the world today, and in the not too far past, camel, horse and donkey dung with its large percentage of hay still in it was a great fuel for heating and cooking.Even today. Where I live on a small farming village in Israel we have many cattle, donkeys and horses. Lots of dogs too, but no hay in theirs. I'm going to collect some and try it out-(really). If it works, might save on money and my pet peeve about the hookah is coals. I'll keep y'all informed....

I have to say that's a pretty terrible idea. Inhaling fecal particulate could be extremely dangerous and pneumonia and fungal pneumonia not to mention a whole range of other diseases. Please say you were joking.

honestly if the manure was baked long enough (sun or in an oven) it would probably be pretty safe, you can handle it with bare hands and not really worry about it.

the US is one of the only countries that doesnt use human waste as fertilizer, different but just said as something interesting on how the rest of the world sees waste

haha yeah really, and the cig tobacco in mexico isn't processed with a lot of the chemicals found in american cigs, so in a way i guess it's safe to say that smoking cow shit is healthier than smoking a cigarette from the united states...

Man this is why I love Quicklights. Nothing like dried chinese sewage to make your smoking session top notch.

I hope you guys actually read the information and realize that these are the possible ingredients in coal created for heating purposes only.

Coal designed for cooking food or smoking hookah does not have these things in it. it's common practice to used dried dung as a form of kindling and it is readily available in countries that are not so lucky as ours when it comes to wood supply or other usable materials for charcoal.

These are not in QL hookah coals. They are not in normal hookah coals. This is for coal not suitable for smoking or food preparation.
