Heck it usually only takes about 2-3 min because we don't wash our hookah all the time... Really no point in washing it EVERY smoke session, but thats a whole new discussion. When we do clean it... 5-6 min is about right. Great video John, I have seen some people do setups and spend about 15-20 min just cleaning the freakin thing, then pack the bowl, get new foil, then light the coals, so in upwards of 30 min or so. Heck even when I do instant lights I get em hot first and set on the ash tray to get fully lit by the time the bowl is packed, blow into the hose to make sure its clean(I know let the jokes begin), stick on the coals, wait 30 seconds to get hot and puff puff pass.

BTW, when we come up to Cali I am sooooo stoppin in for a smoke, I thought our garage converted into smoke apartment was dope.

I clean my hookah AFTER every use. That way its clean when I want to just setup and smoke.

Clean Hookah after every session so just a matter in with tobacco on with foil poke holes by that time coal is ready and smoke Have no natural coals here only QL

if i have a crew over and have 3 hookah's going i can set them all up and by the time we have the chairs and drinks ready the coals are ready but cleaning is another story that takes 10 min or so but i make sure they are spotless before they are put away

I'm way lazy. Sometimes i won't even change the water. I rarely clean the hoses/base. Usually I'll take it apart, dump the water, fill it back up, wipe the bowl out, dry everything up, put the QL coals on and pack the bowl just in time for the coals to be done. Maybe like 3-5 minutes at most.

i wash it before i set it up but including washing usually it takes 10 mins about. i usually set the coals up after i dry and assemble it.

i always clean my hookah right after i use it. so when i want to smoke, i can just go ahead and smoke it. it takes me about 7-8 min to set it up just because i dont rush to set it up or anything.

there are some guys i know that just talk and move slowly when setting up and this was kind of why i made the vid. You can setup real quick and then sit / relax /smoke and then let me know your life story. anyways wanted to post something that wasn't a review of anything. glad you liked, i think

I like to have my coals going as I clean my pipe (which i do pretty thorough every other day). So on days when i clean, im out about 5 minutes. When I don't clean, like 1 minute to pack and cover. I will start the coals early on my non-cleaning days.

It usually takes 5 Minutes to set up the hookah and 10-15 Minutes to light the coals.

Takes me less than 5 minutes to setup if I've already chosen a flavor. 2 of those minutes are waiting for ******* Hookah QLs to light and ash over.
