Default Possible Problem w/ New Vortex Bowl

Ok, so I just received the vortex bowl I ordered from Nazar Hookah today. Everything looks great on it so far the holes are up nice and high. This may be a stupid question but I've never had a vortex bowl before, there are four holes at the top of the column looking thing in the middle of the bowl, but one of them them is closed. I don't know if this is something common to the VB, so if any vortex bowl owners out there could help out that would be great. Here are two pics of the side with open holes and the one closed hole.

Use a really tiny drill bit to start off then progressively work your way bigger until the desired size. Last night i noticed that one of my Egyptian bowls had hole was closed off. I took a metal BBQ skewer and forced it through. I used quite a bit of force and the bowl didn't break, but obviously its different than the vortex.

Contacted Nazar hookah and Mahir is sending out another one free. Glad there so cool about stuff like this. In the mean time I suppose I can try to very carefully drill out the hole and hope nothing breaks, I guess a dremel with a really small bit could work?

I just had the same thing with Sahara about 2 weeks ago - they just sent me a new one. Definitely a manufacturing defect - they probably got a whole batch of those. If you can open the hole (drilling or otherwise) without breaking it, you can have a second I haven't tried yet.

Some Vortex's seem to have defects. I have 2 myself and one has the holes at the top, the other one's holes are at the base of the middle part... but still found a use for the (Naklha and other dry tobacco's). Just do what the others stated: either contact Mahir (before the 18th!!!! or you'll have a long wait) or care fully drill it out.
