the purge should be on your hookah. To purge, you just blow into the hose

there should be a small valve opposite your hose, smoke should come out here and from the bowl when you blow in.

I'm not going to ready the first post before i answer. No they are not washable.

Woohoo I'm half psychic. But seriously no. not washable.

Does your hookah have an auto seal function? If so then blowing into the hose will do nothing. That or the ball bearing in the purge is stuck.

I only say that b/c my purge bearing is SEALED shut so I lost my ability as well lol.

I have to be very careful and usually let out some flavourful words when I have bad smoke.

Common chamber hookah's don't purge well, usually don't purge the hole base. Only top smoke comes out.

you cant purge it because its an auto-seal and sahara smokes suck. mine turned me off to smoking in the worst way. I just ordered a new KM so i can start smoking again. and the hoses are not washable

unscrew the hose port you want to use to blow into when purging and take out the ball bearing. Replace the hose port and you will be fine.

THE SAHARA SMOKE HOSES ARE WASHABLE. i have a cyclone and i wash them every time.

also, you can't remove the auto seal from a sahara hookah unless you buy new hose valves.

Synthetic leather does not denote washable. Where did you get the info that they are washable. Every experience I had had has led me to believe that they are not washable. i know that they are water resistant but that is not the same as water proof.

In the descriptions there is no reference to the washability of the hoses and there is no reason they would not advertise the hell out of it.

I don't know which one i have, but it's thick and sounds like it has plastic in it.. but it's definitely not washable.. lol

well what the hell. when i purchased my cyclone it clearly stated "Sahara Smoke Washable Hose" on the description. but it's gone now. that's wierd...maybe they down-graded.

believe me, i can tell the difference between the two. i have 2 nammor and 1 razan hose, and these two hoses. i swear to you, i ordered a replacement because a coal was dropped on one of them, and i cut the bad one in half and it's just plastic. no metal coil, nothing. feels exactly the same as my razan/nammors.
