what kind of foil setup are you using, whats your water level, and what is the exact problem we could pinpoint it better if we have more info on how your setup is.

It could be a heat issue, also it could be that you are burning the shisha and not baking it, I would assume thats the issue, what kind of bowl are you using?

If your not using reynolds heavy duty foil you need to use 2 layers of normal foil especially with hookah hookah since it has such a fine cut and will burn quickly. Also make sure you have a good amount of holes, less holes = more heat

make sure you aren't over packing the bowl, also make sure you have a sufficient hole pattern. The shisha should be like 2cm under the rim of the bowl so you don't burn it. Also try a windcover to manage your heat, when I used QL's I had to use a windcover to keep it cooking nicely. (Accept for ******* hookah QL's ). Yea when I used HH i use 2 layers of regular foil and HH delivers huge clouds for me

yeah, those are the basics, but don't leave the windcover on the whole session, you need to use it on and off, a way I know when to put the cover back on is when my clouds start getting smaller, then I put on the wind cover for a while then take it back off,

And rotate your coals, so you get all the shisha baking.

I agree with all the posts above me!

BTW, are you mixing up the tobacco?

You want to make sure you mix up the tobacco evenly by stirring it up. Its so it can evenly spread the juice throughout the tobacco. You want to do this because the juice is where all the flavor is in the tobacco

If you need help setting it up, just watch my set up vid or any other "how to set up a hookah" video by other various members. They are all in the video section

Here's my video:
