I'd just like to say any dealings I've had with the guy at shishabuzz have been great, and the free samples were highly appreciated and sent very quickly and well packed. All emails were responded to very rapidly and friendly.

ive used shishabuzz twice now, once for molasses and the second time for some coal. First off, let me mention there customer service. As i am quite new to smoking hookah i wasnt quite sure which flavours to go for for my first time. The owner of the site answered all of my emails extremely quickly and helped me decide on which products i wanted. He also kept me updated on when my items where being shipped and also kindly supplied a free 50g El Rosha herbal for absolutely free.

The items both came next day after the order and they were all greatly packaged.

All in all, in my opinion this is a fantastic website and i will deffinately be making this my home for all my hookah related purchases.

I purchased a Khalil Mamoon Al Zia from these guys recently. The service was great and the delivery was super fast. Since then I have used them as my shopping haven. They're really prompt and keep me updated with my orders. They've also given me loyalty discounts. They have a great range of molasses and accessories too.

Recently, I bought the Nammor hose from them. They appear to be the only ones in the UK to have it and mentioned that they're looking to increase their range of products. They are very open and approachable, offer great advice.

All in all.... A super place to buy shisha/hookah supplies.

I have to say TOP DARTS for shishabuzz and their amazing service. From start to finish and even further. Being new to this they could of taken me for a ride but it was exactly the opposite if anything i felt like sahal had taking me under his wing. He gave me loads of advice without pushing his products on me.

I purchased a few things from shishabuzz postage was cheap products where cheap and good quality and everthing came the next day.

Shishabuzz will have to put up with me for a long time by the looks of it because i aint even going to bother looking at other shops before i have checked out shishabuzz

I purchased two nammoor hoses and a triple party bowl as the triple in the clour i chose wasnt available they sent me a double. due to me recieving the wrong item i e-mailed them and they repied immediately they were fast in replying and easy to talk to.shisha buzzis a great vendor and sent the item with free postage due to the inconvenience.

Ordered a 3-pipe hookah as it was cheap, turned out it wasn't in stock but they phoned me, offered me a £55 one for £35, or a £35 one for £24. Chose the latter as I'm new to this, but it's a fantastic pipe and it arrived damn fast, these guys are great.

great site I bought a nammor hose for a friend and some cheap QLs. The package was here pretty quick despite the postal strike. Also sahal threw in some new herbal tobbacco he has and i have to say im pretty impressed this stuff has good flavour and good clouds still has the burning issues of most herbals but a pretty cool product. He also went to the trouble of calling me personally when i made an enquiry so all in all a great vendor especially as he makes a very clear effort to import some of the best accessories from the states which i havent seen a lot of other uk vendors do. Once again nice job man and thanks!

When Looking for a new hose, Sahal was kind enough to give me some great advise.
After taking on board his advise and doing some research, I decided to buy a nammor hose from shishabuzz.
Im glad I did, the hose is great and the service provided was excellent from start to finish.
All my emails/questions were answered promptly.... the replies were friendly and informative.

I ordered on a Tuesday night, miy hose was shipped on Wednesday morning and arrived Thursday morning.
Faultless.

Just received a lovely package from Shishabuzz this morning!

Placed an order for a few 50g packs of Hydro Herbal on Monday morning, was dispatched yesterday with an email telling me, and also apologising for any delay due to the ongoing postal strikes! That really impressed me, its good to be kept updated.

Anyway, it arrived this morning (Wednesday), everything I ordered. Will be ordering again soon. There's a black Nammor hose with my name on it.

Can't fault the service, 10/10.

Another package arrived yesterday, a day after dispatch! Ordered a Nammor hose and a Vortex bowl, both arrived in one piece and look great, will try them out later.

Also got a little 'Treat'; a nice pack of Hydro Herbal Wild Berry. It smells great and being Hydro I'm sure it tastes pretty good too.

Well what can I say, I placed my first order with Shishabuzz last night for some coals and a vortex bowl - nothing unusual about that other than I then received a phone call to say I was the 500th customer so as a reward Shishabuzz offered me a voucher for the sum of my original order. I chose to put this towards a new namoor hose and everything is being dispatched today. Will update on delivered items once they arrive but so far this has been an amazing bit of luck and I'd personally like to thank the guys at Shishabuzz for the reward. I ordered with ShishaBuzz about a month ago now but am only just getting around to reviewing as I have been lazy, and busy with my Al Burak Syrian Hookah (thanks for naming it after me Imtiaz!)

First off, the communication from these guys was awsome. This was my first major purchase so naturally I was a bit anxious and kept e-mailing both Sahal and Imtiaz, who were quick to get back to me, advise on certain pieces and generally put my mind at rest.

The package was dispatched and arrived within a few days, so very pleased with delivery time. It was delivered whilst I was at work so I ordered the old dear to stay in and take delivery of my goods!

Everything was well packed, wrapped and arranged. I was missing an invoice, but that doesn't really bother me as I have the print out of what I ordered and what I was expecting so it was all good.

They threw in some freebies which were very much appreciated (pre-cut foil and a heba diffuser, the herbal stuff has been recycled!).

Only thing I would say, is that the Al Burak Syrian has a common chamber whereas the KM Hafa Butterfly's on the site were standard chambers. If this could have been pointed out to me, I would have gone with the KM, but that was on part due to my lack of experience.

It would also be nice if you get in some more types of windcover and some tongs as well to broaden the product range.

All in all, I'd give these guys a 9/10 for the extremely great service and communication, good pricing, decent P&P charges and the very lovely freebies thrown in.

I'm looking to get a KM in the New Year guys, so get your new stock in by end of Jan or before! I'll definitely be placing my next UK order with Sahal and Imtiaz at Shishabuzz. I feel like I know these guys now and can rely on them to devlier.

This was my first order from Shishabuzz. The customer communication is fantastic. I sent a few emails before my order and they replied in minutes with helpful information and it shows great customer care.

I placed my order on Sunday for a Tangiers Phunnel bowl, Nammor Hose, Starbuzz Blueberry Grape and a set of cleaning brushes.

The items where shipped on the Monday and arrived this morning (Tuesday). The shipping time was excellent even with the adverse weather we are having in England at the moment.

My only negative is that my items were packaged in a plastic bag rather then a box and it was torn on route. This lead to my tin of starbuzz and my brushes taking little bit of punishment but they were ok as most of the items were bubble wrapped.

It's great to have a UK vendor carry such a great selection of products at good prices with great customer service. Would I order from them again? Absolutely. I give shishabuzz a 9/10.

the only thing was with the packaging i know it saves money but doesnt really feel safe since the first thing i got in where the cocos, the packaging was kinda damaged so i was abit afraid how they packed the bowl. But they packed the bowl fine with allot of protective products ^__^

overall i am happy with the way they send it, and the sending time itself ofc!

The people here are great, lets start off with customer service you can email them and you are garenteed to recieve an email back off them in under ten mins. they answer every question you have and give great advice. There shipping prices are great and the speed you recive your items for me has always been 2 working days. so overall i would give this vendor a 10/10 and i would say is the best uk vendor.

If you live in uk, forget any other supplier/online shop.

Shishabuzz is the only online site that I shop at. All the other suppliers suck.
All my items have come within 1 week of ordering.. Well within 3 days to be honest.
They also have a honest representation of their stock. They update you very well aswell and they dispatch in fair time.

You can also choose the type of delivery. And the owner who owns it is a great guy, has always helped when i've rang!
