Default aftermath of the bowl

hey guys im prety new to smoking shisha and usually after about 45 minutes i call it quits and i go thru about 3 ql's and when i take the foil off none of the shisha is sticking to it and the shisha is black like charcoal but the verryyy bottom there are still a couple of peices that are still fresh is this what is should look like when its burned properly

The molasses tobacco should not be sticking to the foil. Try packing it so it's further from the foil, and also try to get your foil as tightly on as possible to provide a bigger gap.

I highly recommend you stop using quick lites as well. Trust me when I say there's a world of difference between a quick lite and a natural coal. (Just don't get Japanese-style coals, those aren't very good either.)

If there's still some fresh shisha in the bowl, just separate that from the "burnt" sisha (it should actually more "cooked" than burnt) and save it for another session.

You want to get all the shisha to "bake" so it is all black like the top. Not saying that you did anything wrong just a little wasted shisha.

yeah like its all pretty black at the top and as well as none of it is sticking to the top but im just wondering if its supposed to look like that and i get kinda queasy and a little sik after about 35 minutes is that due to the quicklites?
