Default To steal or not to steal?

My friend lives across the street from me every summer. i smoked hookah with him alot. he now went back to his winter home in new york. I was going to play some tennis but didnt have tennis balls so i went over to his house and rummaged through his garage and never found tennis balls, but what i did find is golden. A tripple hose hookah that he picked up from israel. he wont be back till june. SO should i steal it or not?

Karma, my friend, Karma. You have a few pleasant sessions, then return home to find someone stole your whole damn house! It could happen....

Quoted for truth! Definitely not a good idea to even temporarily swipe a friend's hookah. Besides, smoking from your own hookah is way more enjoyable, in my opinion.

honestly, they speak the truth, the second you take it, it becomes your responsibility.

if you cannot afford to buy one for yourself (or him, in case something happens) then don't take it.

if you can afford to, then just get one for yourself.

Just ask your friend. If you can get in contact with him then why not just ask? If he has a problem with it then that is your answer. It's always better to be honest. Full disclosure and all that.

Stealing is wrong. If you can get in touch with him ask him if you can use it while he's gone. If you can't get in touch with him then leave it be.

go ahead and steal it. then if something happens to it and your friend finds out he can call my people and take you in for the night on a petty theft charge.

just buy your own. not only is karma a bitch but what are you gonna do if you drop the vase or something and break it. be a good friend get your own.

If you're thinking of stealing from him, hes not your friend.

If you're thinking of stealing from him, nobody should be your friend either.

I would just call and ask him, but honestly I would just get my own hookah.

But, no friend should ever think of stealing from you.

This is why i prefer stems that can be used as weapons. You walk up to him and tell him this is what happens when you don't respect someones property. (proceed to beat him).

Are you kidding me? What kind of person can honestly try and justify taking someones property that doesnt belong to him. You deserve your buddy to come and smack you over the head with the stem from that hookah for even contemplating stealing it. Please dont post stupid shit like this anymore. Stealing is illegal, keep that crap away from HP.
