if you plan on smoking while driving, not too bright of an idea.
If you want something portable to smoke out of, go for a Mya QT, Nou Nou, or Bambino

go for what I suggested and I promise you that you will not regret buying any of them.
I guarantee you that they smoke much better than a Junior.
Anyone will tell you that

Smoking in the car seems like a hassle, but if you really want to go for it!

my friend and i used to do this all the time using a 26" chinese hookah (now replaced, thank god) Whoever was sitting passenger set the hookah on the floorboard and held it between their knees. A windcover bowl and long hoses come in really handy. The only real "hassle" was stopping to light coals (ql's, of course) so the car doesn't smell horrible.

I've heard heat management is horrible with the leila... maybe it just takes some time to get used to, idk.

I use to secure a 30''inch syrian in my car and smoke. The best way to keep the coals from moving around is to use a super tall crown like 5-6 inches tall and make sure its extra thick and very secured to the bowl.A milk crate, small bungee's and your smoking hookah and driving. You should've seen there faces at burger king when I rolled threw the drive threw for my whopper.

Haha I love this community...and I would imagine that the plastic stem of the leila would give off a wierd taste plus it's like $100

Idk. If you could figure out a way so that it doesn't tip over you'd be good. If you want to check out the leila, i think symbooka has a video review on it.
