Usually when I'm smoking alone I listen to a playlist composed mostly of Nadaka and Hammock. Both are really mellow. Nadaka is eastern ambient music and Hammock is just general ambient noise and tones. Makes my ears hear what my head is feeling. Plus, it goes great with gently billowing smoke.

My friend and I watch MTV Jams sometimes while we're smoking. Not traditional, but it has become our tradition of Hookah-Jams night...very solid.

If you like Hammock, try throwing in some This Will Destroy You or Explosions in the Sky. They're like Hammock, but with more rock style music. Great for chilling out.

Yeah, Explosions in the Sky is something that I often put on when there's lots of people smoking. I'll have to check out This Will Destroy You. Hammock is more for personal sessions.
