i'm really not trying to be rude or anything, but doesn't punk music/metal make it a little hard to relax? being a hip hop fan i sometimes find it hard to relax when a song is too up tempo and such...i bet its worse with punk music/metal.

You might be surprised. I was/am a huge metal/punk/rock fan and when you listen to it all the time even the most aggressive songs can relax you because it is music that you love. Sometimes Slayer can be the most relaxing thing in the world for me, other times it makes me want to kill someone. Just how you feel when you put the music on and what you want to get out of it at that point in time.

I'll definitely agree with you Lazarus. Being a metalhead for several years, the music has sort of adapted to me, if that makes sense lol. I can find It easy to relax to arch enemy or opeth or lamb of god because it's so familiar.

I figured you for a Lamb of God fan when I read the intro to Omerta in your signature.
