Default Sahara Smoke Diffuser

I was looking on the Sahara Smoke website and i wanted to get a diffuser. I was looking on the link below and there is a disclaimer saying that the medium wont fit medium down-stems bit I don't know if this means the small will or what. I wanted to order one with my next order but I wanted to know if anyone has got a diffuser from here before and which one would fit a medium Sahara smoke disco

i got a heba diffuser and managed with alot of difficulty to get it on to my KM it has some big thing at the end of the downstem and you just have to use plyers and force to get it on. i think the heba diffuseres and these are the same

these fit. you have to soak the rubber top piece in hot water, then get an exacto knife and make a tiny slit in it. once it loses its elasticity it will be good to go.

Dude, gauze and electrical tape. It's much cheaper and makes the hookah nearly silent.

I just used the small one on my KM. Pulled the clear part off and jammed the white part onto the nut. Works great.

My KM reminds me of the 69 Mustang I had before I sold it to repair another car and that mustang looked good, ran good, and was louder that shit, just like my KM. lol Heba diffusers are amazing because as my KM is soo damn loud I want to put a muffler on it. I know heba diffusers work because I had one for my mya. works great. Keeps em silent and vibrationless. Although it pisses me off that they don't make em in metal because the plastic absorbs the nasty flavors and ruins the diffuser after about 6 months tops. I would easily pay over 20 bucks for a pure metal diffuser.

Its the design of your vase not the downstem that they are saying could cause problems. If your vase has a narrow neck then the diffuser may be too wide to fit and will get stuck. To be on the safe side I would order both a medium and a small. That way if one doesn't work then the other should and if the both work..... double diffuser!

Simplest diffuser I've found is almost free. What I've been doing is getting 3 bendy straws, cutting them to a reasonable length, and sticking them in the downstem, then bending them outward. Most of the time the smoke goes both through the straws and the left over space not filled by straws in the downstem, splitting it up into 6 or 7 exit points. It quiets things down quite a bit.

All that work to get that rubber doohickey over the stem nut and I never use the thing 'cause it's too quiet for my liking. It did kill the vibration and stop my coals from bouncing around on the foil drum, though.

If it's too big to fit over that nut on the downstem you guys talk about, take some scissors or a knife and make a small cut on both sides, I had to do it on mine. Works like a charm.

My downstem has a nut welded to the bottom, so I had to cut some small slits in the rubber and squeeze it on. It's not perfect but it works like a charm and the seal isn't lost. Just try some intuitive engineering

^ I'm using a large heba diffuser btw

Ya me to. It works well. Mediums work well for mya vortexs, although i got a large to fit in my vortex by flipping the rubber piece inside out and pushing the diffuser on around the rubber part instead of hooking into it. It has never in over 1 year of use and prolly close to 1000 hours of use has the heba diffuser EVER fallen off the way I put it on. Pictures are available for those who request them.

The larger Heba fits my KM just fine, I did have to cut into the soft rubber bit to make it work. Then I discovered that the smaller diffuser fits the bottom of my KM downstem perfect if I don't use the top rubber piece. It snaps right on the flange under the bulbous bit perfectly. LOVE IT! Using it at this very moment, as a matter of fact.

Nice! I did this when I got my diffuser. I didn't know that there was a guide to it! That is all that I did too.
