Exclamation Deja Vu problem

I bought a hundred dollar deja vu two hose hookah, and I am having some techinical difficulties. My little brother stole and went to a party with two hookahs and the five-o showed, one was confiscated mine wasnt, luck him. Anyway I am trying to smoke it and i take a hit but the stem wont suck, at all.
CAn cops make it so it wont smoke?
and anyone have any ideas whats wrong with it?

Is the other hose port open?

the only way the cops can make it not smoke is by blocking the pipe off. make sure theres no clog in the stem of hose ports, and you should be good. if there is blocking use a cleaning brush or a metal coat hanger with fabric over it (so as not to sratch it all up)

1st off: if the cops showed up, why the hell would they confiscate it? did they have a reason to?

2nd: It's probably just something blocking it up.

3rd: I suggest you read the forum rules again just to make sure you aren't breaking any.

i dont think this borders rule breaking, alls he said is that a hookah was taken and one isnt working, at first sight to the ignorent hookahs may not come off as innocent.

and like i said above, its blockage.
