Get the Monster BFC , cut the bottom off of it, and it will work really well as a wind cover. The only problem is that it wont go over the phunnel bowl. It will barely go over the vortex bowl though.

I can understand making your own wind cover if you are low on dough, but I have received more compliments on an intricately carved wind cover then on almost any other part of my hookah and they aren't that expensive. I just suck at DIY projects, so kudos to anyone who can make there own accessories.

We have made a bunch... For our smaller hookah we just cut the bottom off a soda can works great... For our bigger hookah we did a big Arizona Ice Tea can... its cheaper than Monster and the same size... Just chop the bottom off with a knife... Then we electrical taped the bottom of it so we would accidentally cut ourselves cause cans are really sharp... All of them have done the trick... Good luck!
