Nomatter what the original package looks like I always ziplock it and stick the baggie back into it's original box (tin, tub, whatever), but that's just my personal ocd.

Is it a glass jar or a little bucket/tin? I am pretty sure the bucket/tins are not airtight. Keeping it in a glass jar or mason jar would be good. I was even thinking of putting my 250g's in a Foodsaver bag and making it air/water tight to preserve the flavor and moisture.

As above, ziplock is also recommended.

The little buckets are airtight enough, I used to just dump it in the bucket and I never had any problems. I recently got some generic leftover containers from the grocery store, though. Now all my shisha is in those, and it's much easier to store since it's all in similar containers!

I wouldn't trust the container, just put it in a ziploc and save yourself the headache.

I keep mine in various sizes of the above ziploc containers. To label I either use a label maker or cut the name from the box and tape it to the container.

I personally use Starfrit Lock & Lock containers. They're similar the the Ziploc ones mentioned above except that they are completely airtight. There's a silicon band around the lid that prevents moisture from getting out. I think RubberMaid makes a similar product.

For labeling, I use a Dymo LabelWriter.

I use the tubs they come in, or those ziplock ones. My local store had a sale on them so I stocked up.
