Default JM's new packing method

Ok, well i have really been into jm's lately, I love pretty love much all their flavors, but the only problem, it that jm's burns really easy and gets wispy smoke on all my flavors, so i decided to experiment a little, I tried packing really loose, didnt work out, tried under packing, didnt work out, tried over packing, really didnt work haha, but until I packed it REALLY tight, wow, amazed, thicker smoke then AF and starbuzz, and it takes heat wayyyy better, it didnt burn once with 3 cocos and a windcover. The flavor was INTENSE! it lasted 1 hour and 30 min, and i was taking drags about every 30 seconds. you guys should really try this, it works out great for me. this is probaly the only shisha to pack really tight

EDIT: i tried it on Hookah Hookah, SAME RESULTS! i'm going to do this packing method on all fine cut shishas

TRY IT!

I have never burned JM's haha. For me I just throw it in the bowl however it falls and it works everytime, great flavor and nice smoke.

What's the difference of overpacking and packing it tight?

Over packing is when it's over the rim of the bowl touching the foil.

Packing the tobacco tight is just what it sounds like and not above the rim.

Thanks Joe. So when putting holes in the foil do you go all the way through to the holes in the bowl with the needle? (I only overpack nak and use a larger needle for poking), also how's the draw?

Well I use a vortex, and when i pack it tight, i use a toothpick to uncover the plugged holes before the session, if your useing an egyptian bowl, i wouldnt recommend packing it tight because it will clog the holes and cause bad draws. but with the vortex, its a SUPER easy draw when you uncover the holes

^This.

From my experience, JM's Hookah is impossible to burn no matter the packing method. Except maybe for the first few batches, which were drier. I am baffled

I don't pack any tobacco loose, maybe thats why everyone loves smoking my bowls.

Same here. Now I don't necessarily "jam" pack my tobacco, but I do press it down at least. The only thing I tend to pack a bit loose is Desi Murli in the Crown bowl. But even then I tend to pat it down a bit.

Pack JM's a bit more instead of just patting it down. i smoke JM only thru a vortex and with 3 cocos or CH coals i get great smoke. pack up to the rim, pat down. add more and repeat. when youre down you should have a pretty well packed bowl (just below the rim) its almost impossible to burn this stuff i really like JM's cut and tolerance for heat.

usually lasts 6 coals (2 rounds of 3) for about a 90min session.
