I say it is fine. My friend has one. My only cautions are with the fragile pieces but that goes for any case

I have one of those bags it came with my SS hookah. They are nice inside it has two zipper close pockets and one outside it also has strips that go around the hookah to keep it from moveing around.

+1 I AGREE 100%

That bag will get the job done however a bag will never be as protected as a hard case.

What I did personally for the longest time until the case came apart was I used a smaller case that came with my first hookah for the base and then carried the stem in a shopping bag. the stem can take SOME abuse so why bother trying to protect it right?

The best hard case in my opinion is a tool box, like this one i got from fred meyer for 12 bucks. Spent another couple bucks on paint, which is totally optional, and then i slapped 2 stickers from the local hookah bar on mine. As far as fitting things in.. this box can fit my two small hookah plus 3 hoses and lots of shisha/coals(nats and QL) and other accessories (i can jam more in i just don't like to).. I made another case like this with my friend for a hookah we split the cost on and its fits that 22 inch hookah very well but you can't use the top tray because of the shape of different items and the the size of the toolbox.
