Default stem prob?

Okay so on my small nargilla the stem is too long, and it touches the bottom allowing hardly any bubbles? I want to make it shorter so it will work to smoke, any suggestions?

Put somthing in between where the stem connects to vase (possibly a peice of a rubber mat you cut into a ring shape). This will add space to the bottom of the hookah, making the hookah drag more cleanly. Im sure you could pick up a thin peice of rubber in a hardware store, or if not look for an alternative.

From the looks of it it doesn't have a bell shape at the bottom so you should be able to cut like an inch or so off

dremel, sawsall, pipe cutter, hacksaw, plasma cutter, carbon cut off rod in a 220 arc welder may be a bit excessive but may work, dimond wet saw, im sure there is many other options but any way you do it measure twice cut once.

I'd rather upgrade my vase before I cut into the stem, especially on a pipe that small. Measure up the stem and grommet and look into something like a small Sahara vase you can get some very interesting vases and are relatively cheap.

I have that same vase except in black. Mine comes pretty close to the bottom but doesn't touch it. I would either put a spacer between the vase and stem connection or buy a larger vase.

dont waste money on a cutter although it will work, take it to home depot and fin a tech that will do it for you in the plumbing section, might cost you 50 cents....or take it to walmart walk down the tool isle use the cutter and leave just dont break it.
