Just received my new Mya Collossus from Hookah-Shisha.com. Everything was packaged beautifully, and it came plenty quick. I opened the package up, and much to my suprise when I tried to assemble it the downstem pipe threading was stripped. I don't see how the stripping could have been from shipping, or anything that H-S.com did. It came shipped that way from the beginning. I contacted H-S.com immediatly, and they asked me to send some pictures of the downstem. Once they recieved the downstem pictures they sent out the new downstem the same day. They even went out of their way to get it to me in time for the weekend. No Charge at all.

Rating: 10/10 It's nice to see them picking up for a MYA issue out of their own pocket. I offered to pay shipping for the new downstem myself, and they said that wasn't necessary.

I am truly suprised by the quality of service I received by hookah-shisha. I placed my order on the evening of the 24th and received it today around five o'clock. I ordered one nammor hose, one bowl grommet, two hose grommets, standard silver tongs, and one ball bearing. Everything was incredibly well packed, the box was full of packing peanuts and the small items were in bags that were taped to the side, which eliminated having to dive through the packing peanuts and making a huge mess. The box also came filled with several coupons and informational pages about hookah-shisha. I enjoyed the whole ordering process and will definitely order from hookah-shisha again. 10/10

1st order, 4 hose pharoh 3-50g shisha, hookah can with wrong grommits, and bad soder joints, hoses were all a little cosmetic defects. I contacted them and they sent new of everything i complained about really quickly. 4/5 rating

2nd order
disco pumpkin hookah, and 3 250g shisha
placed the order 5 days ago and nothing yet, i only live 1 hour away and it should take 2 days max to get here, tried to contact them and no reply as of yet so we will see. so far this order 2/5

My order from this company was

1 nammor hose, 1 box of exotica coals, and 200g tubs of fantasia Raspberry Kamikaze and Cherry Cola.

The order was processed and shipped the next day after ordering, i ordered on a sunday night, so not too big of a delay. and even then it was my fault for ordering then.

I received the package on wednesday afternoon (i even skipped a block period of web to get this lol)

the box had a bit of damage to it one end was crumpled up, but not too badly, looks like it was either dropped or smashed between other boxes, considering there was nothing glass or thin plastic i wasnt toooo concerned, i forgot about the coals though.

At first glance, after digging everything out of the box except the hose which sat on top everything was fine and dandy. Friday or Saturday after i got through the first row of coals i realized just about every one under the top layer were cracked, probably because of what happened to the box.

I contacted HS on their online chat system Sunday afternoon and they were kind enough to send out a new box of exoticas my way the very next day for free. Received that box on wednesday also, and they are all good.

This is a great company a good selection of tobacco and accessories. After how the exotica situation was handled I can tell they want to make sure every order ends with a happy customer, I will be ordering from them again soon

I just ordered a black Ebony hookah and the diffuser and im hoping everything will get here ok...ill update as soon as it comes in.

Update: I just recieved my package today via UPS. it took a day to prosses and 5 to ship, and thas from Texas to SoCal.
The package was well paked with a massive ammount of packing peanuts. everyting in the box was wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard.
Everything arrived in great shape and my hookah is beautiful btw. Overall i am thoroughly pleased with my order, nothing went wrong and best of all...i got my hookah!!!

I ordered a single hose Syrian Chiller hookah and five boxes of coconara coals.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. The Syrians were backordered but expected soon when I ordered. They had a promo code for people who ordered early, but they advised me that the HOOKAHPRO promo code would save me a little more so I used that one. Very cool.

The communication was excellent. Yes they have a lot of cool stuff, yes the prices are competitive, but their communication is what I think separates this company from the other sites that I have dealt with. I know a lot of these vendors are one-man operations, but can ya get back to a brutha with an email -- once maybe? I ordered a in-stock hose from another site-that-shall-remain-nameless on the same day I ordered this hookah (which was still backordered at the time) and I haven't received the hose or heard back from the guy yet. In that same timeframe I received 3 or 4 status emails on my order from HS. It was shipped Monday night and I received the hookah Wednesday. How good is that!?!

The shipment was well packed, with the hookah stem and base wrapped in heavy duty bubblewrap and then the whole shipment surrounded in styrofoam peanuts. The package included a few extras; a carrying bag, two brushes, 3 pack of coals, a bunch of tips, and 2 50g samples of shisha.

Now, during the ordering process I used their online chat system to talk to an agent. He or she was a big help. They allowed me to substitute AF for Romman (not a fan of Romman), and they added a grommet that I needed for a bowl in my last order. All of this with no hassles whatsoever. Hookah-Shisha.com is a first-class operation all the way. 10/10

Now if they would just carry KM's.....

Hello I recieved my order form hookah shisha about 4 days late and half of my order was incorrect, i had all different types of tobacco, wrong color hookah, and base protector. Just today they sent me my supposed corrections and got that order all wrong too. I have placed 3 orders with them and not one has come correct yet, neither has the packages that were suppossed to correct them lol. Worthless company. .5/10

Placed an order on the night of the 13th (pretty big one) and paid for Express USPS shipping. On checkout i missed the PO field and it registered as 00000. Within 10 mins of my order i got an email about it about it and told them the correct PO number and fixed it within a couple of minutes.
2 days later (one and a half working day), on the 16th (which was friday the package was already shipped. and i was sent a tracking number.
To my surprice today (monday the 19) i got a phone call from the customs that i have a package. I was a bit worried for taxes but it was marked as a gift of $108 to i only paid a very minor amount there.
The box was HUGE. (1m long x 60cm width and 80cm depth). everything was packed really well and the rest of the package was full of those white things that get all over the place once you open it. The stem of my collosus was put in polysterin and the base was wraped in 3 thick layers of bubble wrap and then put in a pretty thick cardbroard box. It litterally took me 15 minutes to take it out and unwrap it.
ont he very bottom of my package i found 3 packs of fumari with a very note on them. It said that Fusion CactusPear was out of stock so they sent me 3 packs of the corresponding fumari flavour "Fumari Prickly Pear" Which have a total value of $27 instread of 16 that was the Fusion tub. This is a very good point on vendors especially that they sent me the same flavour instead of another Fusion flavour.
In my order the collosus was configured as a 2 hose nut instead i recieved it with one hose + 2 stem adaptors which is awesome cuz i can use it as 1 ,2 or 3 hose + the purge valve.
They also included lots of freebies. A windcover, a screen , 2 rolls of coals, the 2 sample packs that come with every hookah and am prolly forgetting something.

Coclusion?
Very fast proccesing and EXCELENT communication with the guys at the store. Very good packing (good for us with worldwide orders), and good customs declarations. useful freebies and fine prices.

NO CONS. Recieved my order in just 4 working days, although in their website they state it usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 working days.

A straight 10/10 for HS

Thats what i forgot. the stem brush. insted of the usual stem brush is recieved a Rod like the ones you clean musical instruments (you attach a cloth on the end) which looks very good.

I just received my second order from HS.com. It was a really small order, all i got was:

A blue modern bowl
250g Fusion blueberry

When I received the order, the bowl arrived with a small crack at the bottom (see picture). It was very well packaged, so I'm not really sure how it got cracked along the way (UPS guys must have been taking out some frustration on my package.) It should still be functional (i will try it out soon), but I was worried because the material was very thin and could possibly break in the near future. Therefore, I talked with an agent on the website and let him/her know my concerns. He/she was extremely helpful, and issued me a $7 store credit and said that if the bowl does break or is not functional, then they would send me a replacement.

Rating: 10/10 I strongly reccomend this vendor, they were extremely helpful!

I ordered on 5/27/08 and received on 6/2/08.
My order was:
-1 Syrian Glyph 30" hookah with blue bohemian base and silver shaft
-1 black nammor hose
-3 16-piece boxes of coconara coals

according to the website this hookah should come with these extras:
-2 50g boxes of Romman tobacco (I chose mint and mango)
-2 rolls of instant light coals
-bowl screen
-tongs
-base brush
-egyptian style bowl
-base protector
-10 mouth tips and 5 filters
-windcover and instructions

i was hesitant at first because a lot of the reviews i've read say that hookah-shisha often has inaccuracies in their shipments but am glad to say that everything was what i ordered.

When I took the Romman mint tobacco out of its package i noticed the package a little bit off-colored on one corner. The mint tobacco had a little hole in the plastic so it was leaking a little bit of honey.

It was originally supposed to come with a carrying case but they were out so they threw in a washable hose and a pack of precut foil although i wish they would replace the carrying case with the carrying bags. I also thought that the whole package would come with a stem cleaning brush but after rereading the item description only the base brush is included.

As for the nammor hose, i read previous reviews that the white packing peanuts would stain the hose. They must have gotten lots of complaints because my hose was wrapped in plastic instead of loosely packaged.

the minus one deduction for the little leak in the tobacco
i also wish a stem brush was included as the stem is a little tougher to clean than the base.

I keep seeing all these bad screwed up order, but reguardless, they had the hookah i wanted..

Ordered:

1) Ice Torrent Single Hose, Silver acrylic base
1) Green Nammor Hose
1) Box of 250g Starbuzz Kiwi Strawberry
1) Box of Three Kings Quik LightCoal

I put the order in at 5am (Central) and almost instantly it was Process and, "Will be shipped in one business day or less." So advice on super slow process times is definately do it early in the morning... UPS NEEEEEEDS TO HURRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY

EDIT: Its been a while I know, BUTTTTTTTT, it HAS TAKEN THIS ****ING LONG TO GET EVERYTHING STRAIGHTENED UP.

First off, i got the ice torrent with the acrylic base is, next thing you know, i get to screwing them together, and the base threads are stripped. So, i give them a call, and ask if anyone else said anthing about it, and they acted surprised that it would happened, so they said they would send me a new base.

They forgot to ship it out on friday, then monday, then tuesday, i eventually call them on wednesday and talked to someone and he goes, OH SHIT I'LL GET IT OUT RIGHT NOW.

So I get the new base that friday, and the down stem threads just DROP in. they dont even touch the threads in the base's neck. dear god, at this point i was ready to just give up on life. SO I CALL THEM AGAIN, it was a friday AGAIN. I requested that they just send the glass base, i didnt care what color, i didnt care, just was tired of having to make threads with electrical tape.

With that being said I estimated that i t would be here last tuesday, which coincidently was my birthday, so i was all excited, next thing you know my wife places an order for a birthday gift for me, and NOTHING came in tuesday, so i call them, and they said something about it was put on the backburner cause they had a lot of other shipments. BLAH.

So, I finally get BOTH hookahs in yesterday, everything was packed well, lots of packing peanuts and bubble wrap.

prices: 8/10 pretty good, and a wide selection of hookahs
shipping: SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2 DAYS FROM THEM TO ME, 9/10 for ups 3/10 for hookah-shisha for forgetting two seperate times about my order
customer service: 10/10 they did everything they could, other than shipping the same day r at least having it ready for the next working day, to make me happy with the hookah


Overall: 5/10 not too sure if i trust using them any more. But they did get my other order perfect with a few little extras

I kinda wanted that set up and care sheet becuse im new to setting it up and cleaning it on my own but i figured it out and there lots of good info here so i was fine and i got a box of coals anyway so i didnt care about the missing free coals.

Also i currently live with my parents so i didnt want them to know i got a hookah, because if they knew i smoked tabacco they might kick me out and i like free living right now while going to college. so when the order came i was at work so i when i got home i noticed the customs forms had tabacco and pipe written all over it so i have to tell them it was for a friend :P
it would have been fine if i didnt have to deal with costums but its all good.

Overall i give the experence 8.5/10

Ordered the nile hookah, a box of golden ql's and a 14 pack of al waha shisha. The customer service is great. They have live chat and are available to talk almost all of the time. The order shipped out the day after my money was received. It arrived at my house 3 days later. The packaging was very discrete. When I opened the box it was filled with packing peanuts. The hookah was wrapped in bubble wrap and was in perfect condition. I was very happy. It smokes great.

I ordered a mya nou nou from these guys on sunday. Of course, they didn't ship till today (sure enough I got the email saying they shipped this morning) and I got it THIS AFTERNOON! Granted, I only live about 40 miles away from their warehouse, but still...

anyways, I got the stuff well packaged, the base was big-bubble wrapped and there were plenty of packing peanuts.

Unfortunately one of the free packages of romman shisha I got was already opened (the clear plastic outside the cardboard was nowhere to be seen and the box was opened). I smoked some and it was awful, so I let them know about it about an hour ago, and this was the reply I just got in my inbox.

"Thank you for shopping with Hookah-shisha.com. I am sorry to hear that your shisha was below our normal quality standards. Due to this terrible inconvenience, I have added $10 in store credit to your account so the next time you place an order you can replace the damaged shisha and get another box on us.

Again, I am sorry to hear that your shisha was sub par but I am glad you let us know so we could get this straightened out. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can do for you. Thanks!"

How awesome is that?! These guys are good!

On another note, their website is the cleanest layout I've seen of any online retailer, and they have some great customer service.

i ordered bout $350 worth of studd from they, including a new 2 hose hookah with upgraded nammours and tonnes of shisha and coal, i nearly got everything i ordered apart from the nammours, which weren't in the box, and since im in the UK it takes the Pi** as i had to wait another month after my order to recive them, but i finally did and everything works great.

customer servies is top notch and they get a 9/10 would have been perfect if i got everything i ordered

A) AF Golden ESK Apple
B) AF Vanilla
C) Nammor Hose
D) Mya QT
E) Mya AUTOSEAL hose adapter
F) mod grommet

Shipment speed- Fairly fast, from Texas to MD in 2-4 days. I was out of town so i couldn't tell you exactly how fast it was.

The products-

A) Perfect, no leaks, sealed nicely, great (10/10)
B) Same as A
C) came in a bag, very nice hose, no damage whatsoever (10/10)
D) Looked great, base even had a protector, when i went to use it the under the protector the base was cracked. Sent them pictures, said they needed more because the lighting wasn't right, sent them new ones, recieved a new base in the mail (around 2 weeks after i made the original order, wasn't bad at all). 7/10
E) They sent me a regular hose adapter, no biggy just lost 4 bucks. Would've preferred the auto-seal, but i guess i'll just go steal a cork from a wine bottle (5/10)
F) allows my vortex to fit right on top of the QT, came as anticipated (10/10)

Overall- 6.5/10

I was looking forward to smoking this so much when i got back from vacation, was let down twice. I'm not angry, just sort've dissapointed with the whole ordeal. I suppose they're a decent last resort company, if for some reason John AND Mahir for some reason go out of business.

my only experience with them was my first hookah order, I ordered a syrian Glyph, several packages of shisha, a heba diffuser, and some exotica coals.

first off, the packaging was a little worse than I'd hoped for, the vase had one layer of bubble wrap and the stem was just sitting free to bump it or anything else. only a mild problem, and nothing was damaged because of it.

the hookah itself was in decent shape, but really dirty, which surprised me, I had to give it a fairly good washing just to make it look decent (though it did afterwards).

I ordered a two hose, the first hose was fine, but the second one had a big chip in the end that connects to the stem that made it not seal, and consequently not usable.

the shisha packages were inconsistent, I bought all new packages, not the clearance, but half of them came plastic wrapped and half of them didn't. again, only a minor issue.

the hose was the only issue I tried to resolve, because I couldn't use it. I sent in the request for a return code and emailed them but never got any reply. also tried to post the comments on the hookah user comments, but they never let it get posted.

I give them a 4/10. I got what I ordered, but there were too many little problems, and then no customer service at all to get my issues resolved.

thought i had posted this up i guess not (thought i had copied it from another forum but i guess i just was going to wait till i finished all the edits)

well i ordered saturday july 26 late in the night, messed up one of the things and got to them monday to fix it, no issues to get that done but as of today july 30 it still hasnt even shipped. they are in the middle of a warehouse move so i understand it being delayed but i wish they would have told me before i ordered they were going to be held up some. i also tried to get the shipping upgraded and they kind of just took it as me asking if i could pay for it and seeing as it was 100 bucks more to get it to 3 day as apposed to ground i said no thanks.

i have heard of HS having issues here and there and the reason behind this issue i do understand so i am willing to try ordering from them later again. i will add to this when my order comes in

~edit at 11:11 pm wed july 30~ ok so i talked to the online help person, very responsive, i explained i was jsut getting worried since i am moving aug 11 thus would have to get the package by the 8th, they said they will send a message to the warehouse to bump it to the front of the line to make sure i get it before i have to move. i will post back once i get shipping notice followed by the package review. it looks as if i should have it by the 5th

~edit july 31 11 am~ order has shipped, HS was very good about getting it out right away, i will post up once i get it and see how it all comes

~edit 6 pm aug 1~ well it didnt ship, just had a shipping info sent thing. i talked to the on line guy and he was very very apologetic and said he was trying to get some one on the phone over at the ware house to tell tom to do what ever it takes to get it out today so we will see, he said they are working out of multiple locations until monday so ok what ever. im willing to let this issue be forgotten as long as the order is correct or is fixed timely and willing to order again when they are settled correctly but i want my order shipped already

~edit 12am aug 2~ ok so it is now officially in the ups system, will arrive here by wed the 6th, which should be awesome since i have to drive 6 hours that day to DC and back so that will be an enjoyable treat. will add when i receive and inspect. at this point 11 days, 3 of them being unshippable i guess is ok, no where near as good as it should be but ok


~edit aug 6~ alright it came in today, great packaging, everything was perfectly packed. no complaints that way

complaints-hookah has rust on out side of stem and the inside was a little corroded, first i was told it was because it was hand made and yada yada bul, then they told me to send in a pick so i will do that tonight or tomorrow and tell what they say about it. its not bad but even being "hand made" the hookah has to many flaws (including faulty auto seal, to get it to not plug it self up on the other side you have to unscrew it so much its not air tight there at all). over all not huge issues with the hookah and i can fix the corrosion but the auto seal will be a pain to tune it in to work right.

they didnt send me a mod bowl, instead i got the bowl/wind cover combo so meh.

i will buy from them again, all the coals and shisha were fine but im not to sure i would buy a hookah from them again but i am willing to try buying a mya at some point in the future since i know they are well made, i know the rotators are notorious for not being great but from the other ones ive seen this looks basically like it was used for a while.

in short
-great customer service
-i had a bad experience on getting stuff out the door but they were moving warehouses so meh ok
-hookah is debatable
-everything else is pretty good

ill give them a 7.5/10 for now

~edit aug 21~ok so they sent me new BBs and hose ports, still didnt fix the autoseal not working right but they sent me a new hose hub because one of the port mounts cracked loose, ill see if i just got a bad hub and if not im just going to cut out the hose ports some since there is a lot of metal there that doesnt need to be, gota love being a metals major and being able to fix stuff like this, ill post back up tomorrow evening after i get the new hub and see whats up. also one of the packs of clearance tangiers was totally unsmokable, couldnt get much flavor out of it no matter what i tried so i talked to them, asked if it was just part of the gamble and they said yes but they gave me 5 bucks worth of reward points to make up for it, so now i have enough reward points for a box of exoticas and some change so ill order again and hope to get better results over all

as of now im pretty satisfied with my order being remedied but there still were a lot of issues, willing to give a second chance and go with the "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" rule


go 2 ordered tonight 10/3/08, some how the reward points didnt get credited to the order, got on the chat and got all the points including the ones from this order put onto the order, uber score, will edit when i get the shipment

shipped last night 10/6, one business day about from when i ordered. as long as they didnt mess up the items they will be in my good graces fully

got my order in today 10/9 (went to go get it from the mailboxes here at my apartment and it wasnt there, got pissed walked back to my apartment and saw that my roommate had picked it up earlier for me, shwing). order was spot on, had great service like always, 6 days from order to delivery through a weekend so not bad at all. this order got my confidence back in them and i will happily order from them again. this order 9.5 (i didnt get a lolly pop people would always talk about).

over all after my 2 orders i give them an 8.5/10 and will happily work with them again as long as i dont have much issues again.

I won three tins of Romman tobacco and even though it was a free shipment Hookah-Shisha went well outside the norm in taking care of my order. After pricing out what I won versus other online prices they are VERY competitive, however they truly have a 1-up here since it was 1 DAY DELIVERY! I am now a big fan and new customer of Hookah-Shisha. As you can see everything was securely packed so that nothing was damaged or leaking. They even threw in 150gr of Al Waha for free, and this was on top of an already free shipment. Fantastic Service and by the smell of Romman, fantastic tobacco. 10 of 10.

I have ordered from this company a few times. Each time they have been awesome. The last order I made was on a Monday about 10 pm. I hade the order on my door step at 3 pm on Thursday of the same week. All of my order was there and correct. I have no issues with them at all. They are a great company and I recomend them to anyone.

I've ordered from them twice and both times they have been very quick and very friendly...

The 1st order:
- Starbuzz Mango 250g
- Romman Mint 125g + box of Coco Nara Coals (16pcs)
- Mod bowl grommet
- Washable hose
- Tongs

Timeliness: Order was placed on 9/18/08 and arrived on 9/24...4 business days from TX to SoCal is not bad...

Packing: The box was filled with the foam peanuts...I had to dump all the peanuts out just to find such a small order...Everything was separated and there was no damage or leaks...

Service: Excellent. Within an hour after placing the order I received a confirmation that it was processed and would be shipped within a day and they held to that...After I received the order, I left a message regarding the order asking a question and they responded very quickly and were very friendly...


The 2nd order:
- Nammor hose
- Phunnel bowl
- Foil puncher
- Potion 100g Strawberry
- Tongs
- Silver Flint Coals

Timeliness: Order was placed on 11/3/08 in the evening, shipped on 11/4 and arrived on 11/7...

Packing: The box had a giant dent in it that had me worried, but as I opened the foam peanuts were everywhere...I worried about the hose the most, but was packed very neatly and did not have any kings or bends...No leaks or anything and the bowl was heavily wrapped...After unpacking the bowl, I noticed a crack in the bowl. I don't know if this is from shipping or something wrong with bowl. I have sent a message and am waiting for response...

Service: Very quick...I placed the order late at night, probably around 9:30PM in SoCal and it was shipped the next morning with tracking info immediately available...I sent a message via the feature but was not able to upload photos. I will follow-up with the customer service part as it resolves.

Overall, I give this vendor a 9/10 because the prices are fair, the service is fast, and the people are very friendly...The 1pt was deducted becasue I am pending resolution on a the phunnel issue...

**UPDATE 11/21**
After sending H-S some pics, they sent me a replacement at no charge. They stated they couldn't tell if the damage was bad enough to mess with the bowl, but they sent the replacement anyways. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I'll still leave the rating at 9 because they should have better quality control.

I have mixed feelings about H-S. They do have a nice variety of products and their customer service is good with fast replies though they seem a little careless.

On my first order, which was a fairly large one, I purchased a butane lighter. When I got my order I didn't find the lighter, and went to check online and noticed that on the lighter page it stated that lighters can't be shipped internationally. I contacted them and got my refind.

On my second order, which mainly consisted of Shisha, I purchased the wrong flavor by mistake. I later Contacted H-S to correct it, and they said they couldn't do anything about it because my order was already out. Note I contacted them in no more than 2 hours of my order and it was in the weekend! I was notified three days later that my order just got shipped.

I guess they just didn't wanna go through opening the box to replace the wrong item. Oh and on the same order, one of the shisha packs was leaking, I couldn't tell which, but I'm guessing it was one of the Fumrai bags.

Overall the store is alright, customer service responds in a fairly good time. They're cooprative when you have a special request but they can get a little careless sometimes.

Overall 8/10, with their main advantage being their variety of products.

Overall everything was alright with the company.

I lost my tongs, and needed a new pair, noticed they has 'discounted' tongs for only a dollar or two, so I figured why not? They of course were in alright shape, probably similar to what my tongs were like before, so no worries. If ya need new tongs, I would actually recommend just getting one of these, unless of course you are trying to impress someone, but ya know...

The foil was actually packaged in the proper foil pack container, but it was in another bag with the tongs... not cool, but it wont hurt anything, just a little tacky I think.

The cleaning brushes look to be pretty good quality brushes, but the packaging was a little compromised, and the label was torn off... again, tacky but I'm not keeping the packaging, so no worries.

I didn't need the shisha, but I did hear that Romman was a good brand and felt like picking some up. The price was right on it thus far, I haven't smoked it, but they sent it along in the box and I'm alright with the conditioned it has arrived. Expect a review on that soon.


Overall I received everything in one box (of course) and there were more than enough packing penuts in there to make sure everything stayed safe. I placed the order sunday, and thankfully got here before thanksgiving so I'm happy with that. Though I'm not entirely impressed by their work I wont be complaining to them at all. The prices were right, the people were nice, and everything arrived quickly.

I will most likely buy from them again, but they didnt impress me that much. Again... I'm not going to complain to anyone though, because it was about a decent experience overall.
