i personally dont like them, try natural coals. you need to light them on some sort of burner like a hot plate or something of that nature. with the quick lites they have sulfur and other things that are not to good for u. whereas the natural ones generally have no taste to them and burn longer. only downside is they take about 7-10 minutes to light them on the burner. you can get a burner for about 15 dollars but youll save money in the longrun because you wont have to buy lighters and or lighter fuel.

i actually got a pack when i bought my first hookah. they are your standard quicklight... nothing special. but IMO any quicklight is worthless... natural coals are the way to go. you can buy a 108 box of coconaras for 15 bucks (plus shipping) from **********.com. he also offers several other box deals on coconaras... plus his own natural coals called "******* coals", which i have yet to try.

******* coals are awesome, but my roommate is a turd and doesn't like the smell, so I cannot buy them anymore

Stay away, I purchased a couple rolls at a local shop. They smell terrible, crumble (low density), Last a very short time, not to mention they ash terribly. If they're that cheap, there's a reason. I paid $1.25 each, and I felt cheated. Threw the 3 packs I bought out.

Go with another type of coals, Honestly. Went Natural, Not going back to QL.

Holland coals are awful.
If you do want to use quicklights I'd suggest using 3 Kings.

Coconaras or CH's for nats, and definitely CHQL's for quicklights (I rarely use ql's but John's are the next best thing to nats, they burn great, ash similar to natural cocos and last longer than other brands).

Um i have seen a review of Holland coals i remember it from somewhere. Who ever did it said they were terrible and tasted and smelled like shit. i Believe it was Dmcwebd, not sure. but yea. i do recommend going for the natural coal try out Exotica CH or Coco, they are all 3 great coals in my opinion, try them and judge for yourself.

hmm, im looking about making a purchase at dirtcheaphookahs.com and i only see they have AF natural coals are those any good because i wanna just make on purchase and im buying a cheap hookah for my fiance since she only smokes like 1-2 times a week. its like $6 for 60 coconut coals. its either those or imma just get the 3 kings or the AF instant ones. Those are basically my choices because i dont wanna pay shipping again at another website lol. out of those choices what would be a good choice? they also have some scary non brand coals just says charcoal for hookah lol but yea what should i choose out of those 3 choices. thanks for all the help so far HP

Ok well i been watching comparisons and such and decided to go with the coconara. Since at hookahset.com its 108 pieces for 9.99. after shipping its like $15.xx The code on the vendors page doesnt work which made me cry a little. but oh well. if anyone knows if there is a working one that'd make me even happier. but now im just trying to decide if i wanna purchase my shisha from hookahset.com or dirtcheaphookahs.com, both are roughly the same price just different selections kind.....but will definatly be getting some coconara in the next few days and going to try them out.
