Earl Grey or mint tea. Usually if I eat it's something simple like sliced cheese or grapes. Raspberries are particularly good.

Yeah when you go to the middle-eastern hookah places(dont want to call them lounges or bars cause the hookah is part of their culture so its not a bar or lounge) its pretty much a guarantee that every table will have a mint tea on it.
a mint tea loaded with a mint stem from top to bottom so that its a completely natural mint.
I think all flavors of tea accompany hookah very well

Ouzo/Arrak with Nakhla double apple is the ultimate combo for summer and Aniseed tea with double apple for winter
Turkish/Greek coffee with traditional tobacco (flavoured or not)
Ice-cold water with everything (icluding the above).

i Dont really like beer with narguileh, but i have never tried the brands you are suggesting (probably imnpossible to find in Europe)

I drink tea just about everytime I smoke now. I think it goes good with the shisha. I stick to jasmine green tea or mandarine tea. Food wise I could eat anything with it, but if i could I would eat some beef shawarma on pita bread everytime because my mom makes a killer shawarma.

PBR... with anything
also, the addition of delicious bacon to any situation is always a bonus. plus, i cure and smoke my own bacon, so i can sit outside and enjoy the hickory smoke and bacon aroma rolling out of the smoker, while smoking some shisha and drinking a pabst... that's a good afternoon... and then there's more bacon!
alternately, i very much enjoy AF pomegranate with red wine and crackers with hummus and cheese (separately, of course, cracker+hummus or cracker+cheese... not a big fan of the 3 combined).
