Default major differences in hookah pipes

hey guys ive been smoking for about 6-7 months out of a 22' egyptian nile from hookah-shisha .now i want to upgrade to a km just because i hear such good things about it but what are the major differences besides "its great "are there

The major difference is the draw and how easy it is. Other than that it boils down to cosmetics or how tall it is and how good it looks. Functionality wise, any hookah that is air tight and doesn't rust with a big enough diameter will smoke like a champ.

yeah thats pretty much what i thought now can i file down the hose port hole on the little nile to make it wider and thus creating an easier draw

You can do what ever you want to it as long as it remains airtight. Honestly I prefer a stem that can play nice with the big boy hoses without any problem.

Edit: I am exclusively using the Mya Mini hookah I got for free from hookah shisha and my KM is not getting much love lately so, to me, its functionality over looks. Also the mini's stem does play nice with the bigger hoses i have.
