Default Bad experience with AL FAKHER ONLINE.

I placed an order online on Tues.. i never received a tracking number.. so i called today which is Fri and they still havent shipped it out.. what kind of stuff is that? i was hoping to get it by this week.. anyone else has order from af online?

soon every1 is going to have this problem if USPS does their mailing plans only twice a week or so so if it takes 2-4 days for shipping now it's going to be atleast 1 1/2 weeks to get to the house.

What carrier does AFO use? A lot of people have been having trouble with USPS' tracking system lately. It seems that it just doesn't want to update properly.

I've also had a similar issue with UPS. The page never updated until 3 days after I received the package. It just happens I guess.

im just a lil upset, i wanted to order from ********** because i heard alot of great review but he was sold out of the af medium solid. owell i just gotta wait.

they use fedex.. when i called them today wondering where my tracking was, they said they have my stuff ready to ship today.. meaning 3 days later.

the problem is with the vendor guys... not the delivering companies...

Yh they havent got brillant reviews recently
but when i ordered 2 years ago it was fine

I ordered 4 boxes of Molasses from Alfakheronline but they didn't send any tracking number to me. I am from Turkey. Do you think there will be a problem in customs or do you believe they are going to send my orders?

In the last 15 years I have never had a problem with any shipping method, all problems come from the vendor themselves. Once USPS, UPS, or fedex get their hands on it, it gets here when it says its going to. If your not being provided with a tracking number, its the vendors fault.

Not really that simple, but for the most part it's true. You will normally get a tracking number, if a vendor provides it, when they put the package into the system. That doesn't mean it's shipped out. They can generate a tracking number Monday, and actually ship it Wednesday. That's not something you blame the carrier for.

There are instances where carriers reroute, mess up, etc. I've had packages halfway to me end up taking random u-turns and getting here a week later with UPS - and my idiotic FedEx guy leaves all FedEx packages that are small on our common mailbox for our neighborhood.

Best thing to do, call or e-mail the vendor - see what the deal is. A simple e-mail or call is normally enough to light a fire under the ass of most vendors.

Eh... my 2 cents is cancel the order and get the AF medium solid elsewhere. In the hunt of my AF medium solid on winter I sent them 2 emails to af online before placing my order. (Cause edited seems to never have them again and af has them really cheap) Waited 2 weeks and no answer. Because I live outside the states and had a buddy coming to visit, I had to take action soon so I just placed the order blindly. Took them another 2 weeks not to respond to me through email after countless ones I sent for at least a tracking number but they called my buddy that they didn't accept international credit cards. The happy ending was that I did get my hookah a day before my buddy came through H-S. (a little more expensive but super fast shipping cause he lives in Texas plus amazing customer service with online chat doesn't hurt anyone )
