Well I just got home, took my hookah out, after a long day and was shocked to see that my washer was ripped in half!! (vertically). I have no idea what I should do... What do you guys think? Should I see if i can get one from another store, or try to super glue it or something....

Yes they sell them in a variety of hookah shops online, in the interim you can use some electrical tape to get you by.

The same thing happened to a buddy of mine. He ended up making a replacement by turning some nylon on a lathe where he works. It worked quite well i might add. Although my friend has the option to do this cause he's a machinest, most people don't. You can purchase replacement gaskets at smoking-hookah.com

first, how did it get ripped clean in half vertically? I'd have my monocle and pipe out, Holmes. Something seems fishy here....

Second, if you want something to use in a pinch, you can try using wet paper towels to seal it up. I've used them to seal the bowl to the stem when I couldn't find my grommet.

You can buy one at a local shop most likely or from an online dealer. However, if the former isn't convenient and you don't want to wait for the latter to arrive, you can always put a layer of teflon tape around the surface of the stem where the grommet normally sits. Then, wrap several layers of duct tape around that to create a temporary seal. It should work for a number of smoking applications however, it will loosen after a while. But, it should do you until you get a new one if you've ordered one online. The teflon tape will prevent the residue from the duct tape adhesive from getting all over the stem. Smoke happy.

I suggest expandable and stackable silicone grommets. Mya makes them and they are awesome for just about every hookah on the market. You just need a few so you can get a perfect fit. They are fairly cheap too.
