Default unknown brass hookah

hey, i picked this piece up a while ago. switched the vase out to another hookah because this stem has a few broken welds i haven't gotten to fixing yet. anyways... i have NO idea where to figure this mystery out on my own this has been driving me crazy.

This is an old Egyptian made by El Hinnawi, another famous hookah maker in Egypt.

I can read it its written on the thing الحناوي
Actually, Hennawy's are famous for their shisha in Egypt (similar to Nakhlah) but I've seen a few items like hookahs and toungs..etc with thier name on them.

The Top Line seems to say "Sharaf al Sawa"
The Bottom Line seems to say "Abu Yuf" The dots are to the side, but I feel are meant to be on the bottom not the top.

Thats for the stem.

For the tray, I don't see it as well, but hennawi does make tobacco

Seems very familiar especially the stamp on the tray here is my brass one I repaired that also suffered from loose Port and Purge syndrome I used solid core solder with a acid flux (plumbers solder) and a gas blowtorch to do the repairs also have a piece of braided soft copper handy to use a a solder wick to suck up the extra solder. where gaps are large take some thin copper strands and twist them around the port and move them into the gap then solder over them after fluxing it play with the heat and don't just slam heat on one spot so that the piece can gently heat. watch the other solder areas so that the heat does not spread to much and start de-soldering other joints
