I just bought a hookah like 2 weeks ago, small pumkin one, but today i deassembled it complety to clean it and the pipe that touches the watter, is getting oxidation, not where it touches the water, but in a higher place, in a hiden place, and idk what to do? Is this normal? if i just leave it will it hurt me ?

Do you leave water in it always? Keep it clean, pumpkins arent the highest quality hookahs, so it could be that. Just sounds like you arent keeping up with it too well.

Yeah man, hookahs with cheaper metals will oxidize pretty easily. If you keep on it though, it won't be a problem. Can't let it get too far gone of course!

I had a cheap chinese multi-hose rig. Within a few months the point at which the downpipe screws into the stem started rusting. I just brushed the shit out of the rusted area with a tooth brush and hoped for the best. The rust didn't come back once I kept it more dry.
