Default Problems

OK guys so i just set up my 27inch sub zero hookah with a med. phunnel and packed some af oarnge. I put three ******* naturals on there and waited about 5 mins started to smoke, and even after about 20 mins i couldnt get much smoke. By that time they coals were going out so i then threw a quicklight on there and wala! i started getting huge smoke. I figured 3 naturals would do the trick. Any ideas?

i think it just so happened that by the time you got the tobacco heated up but not hot enough to smoke, so the extra heat added got it going. Same thing would have happened had you added more heat from any source. A wind-cover or another nat would have done the same thing.

maybe you tamped the tobacco down too far away from the foil. Phunnels have a pretty decent diameter so the coals are far enough apart that the bowl doesn't benefit from concentration of heat due to coal proximity. Basically, pack closer to the foil, add more holes and if need be, 4th coal.

Your natural coals are going out after just 25 minutes? Are you sure they are getting fully lit, are you flipping them halfway through lighting?

I was thinking the same thing. I get a good hour, hour and 15 out of my nats. So this guys obvioiusly got more problems that packing a phunnel bowl.

If you dont have a wind cover, just make an impromtu wind cover out of some tin foil. Just poke a few holes with something sharp so you get enough ventilation and you're good to go. If that doesn't alleviate the issue then it could be your pack.

If the foil wind cover works then look into purchasing one, the foil ones I make at home dont last long.

i am assuming the ******* is natural coals and I have been having issues with mine turning black and going out as well.
p.s. whats with the blanking out the name of a product? The vendor may be banned but the coals are carried almost every where?

Maybe its and automatic block because c h r o n i c is slang for another substance we do not use here

Never thought of the names like that, I was just curious. Pretty sure it is a recent development.

back some at 200 degrees F for an hour, sounds like some moisture has taken hold.
