Default Portable Stove

So I usually smoke outside on the porch, and I hate having to cook my coals in the kitchen then carefully bring them outside (i might sound lazy, but ive had bad experiences)

anyone know of any cheap portable stoves i can just plug in outside and cook my coals?

If I'm outdoors, I just use my little Coleman single burner gas stove.

Carefully bring them outside? I just use a crappy sauce pan for transport... I will eventually get one of those Charcoal carriers off Hookah-shisha.com or Saharasmoke.com

Thought I might go get one those from walgreens because I got a lot of ash on the coils in my normal kitchen stove, I waiting for my roommate to complain.

Currently I use a tray from one of my old hookahs to transport the coal but hopefully will get a coal carrier one day

ohh no. what i did was i placed the coals on the bowl and tried carrying the whole hookah outside. but then a coal fell on the rug. luckily the rug was dark colored and didnt leave a noticable mark or anything. ive tried then just carrying the coals in an iron plate. but it would be just so much easier to have a stove where i can just pack up and put away easily outside without the risk of dropping coals everywhere

what you need is to develop hands and nerves of steel. i balance one coal on top of the other, grab to bottom one with the tongs and carry them wherever the hookah is currently. that's generally between 15 and 40 feet and may or may not involve going up or down stairs. i cup my other hand under the coals just in case i drop one (i have never burnt myself this way, but i have caught a coal and juggled it the rest of the way to the hookah). not an overall pleasant experience, but a good balance exercise.

also, just look around... i have a small folding coleman propane grill that i've used to light coals outside... found it on the curb, someone was just throwing it away, no damage, no rust, nothing. "one man's trash..."

Call up Walgreens in your area and see if they have any of the single coil burners in stock. They cost 10 bucks. I think Coco nara website has the single coil burners for 12-15 bucks.
