Default hookah cleaning help

Ok, so I ordered my first good hookah, a KM cheops and it didnt come with a brush as stated. Any ideas what I can use instead cuz I'd really like to smoke tonight but it really needs a good cleaning.

Contact your vendor for some brushes firstly.
Secondly, a narrow slice of a green scrubby could be coaxed through with a clothes hanger or something.

Ok, I'll give the scrubby a try, luckily I have a few and a few metal coat hangers for now. Thanks for the help.

Just make sure that the scrubby you purchase isn't one of the ones thats preloaded with detergent. You don't really want to subject your hookah inner workings to detergent as even with good rinsing it can leave a residue inside that will taint the flavor of your smoke. Unless you like the taste of detergent, that is. Smoke happy.

Buy one asap so you can clean it properly.
Without brush you can make a mix of hot water with lemon juice, perhaps baking soda, and put it in the stem, while closing the other end, rinse some and dry it.

if you don't happen to have a 'scrubby' lying around your 'livey' you can just hop into your 'drivey' or throw on your 'walkety-walks' and head down to the corner 'buy-stuff.' i really like these descriptive names , no need to hear a regular noun and wonder wtf that thing is . plus they're fun to say.

I just got home from meijers and walked by the pets section and saw a pretty cheap and nice looking "aquarium scrub brush". It was nice and long and would fit perfectly into the down stem of most wide gauge pipes. So keep an eye out next time you go to the store.

Bullshit. Gunk can build up in the stem and you aren't getting it out with water and lemon juice. Especially if you are smoking that sugary stuff.
