Those are silver flint charcoals. They're not quick lights nor are they natural charcoals. They are like in the middle, easier to light compared to natural charcoals. They burn well and last for a bit time. I'd use 2-3 tabs on the hookah bowl you have. I never seen that brand before. But using natural charcoal is the best way to go!

I have used those once or twice (years ago) i didnt like them. I prefer natural coals myself. But to each their own! I noticed they had a chemical taste to them...i wasnt impressed

I got a box of those from dubai last year. They are not quick lights so need to be lit on a flame or coil burner. They are better than instant light coals as they produce less chemical taste. However they don't last very long, I believe the maximum burn time I have had with them is around 40 mins.
Using them with Al Fakher in an Egyptian bowl use two coals, that should be enough. Place them on the edge of the bowl and move when needed.
Coconut coals are far superior in my opinion. Just use those 'smokers' coals' when you are out of everything else.
