That hookah is really nice!!!

- A wind cover. ? Yes imo, really useful for heat management if you are smoking inside or outside.
- Plastic mouth tips ? Don't think so, unless you are really hygienic.
- A phunnel or vortex ? I can do fine with my egypt/modern bowl, but if you feel like buying one, do so. I only hear positive things about both the phunnel and vortex.
- Extra coal ? I don't know where you ordered this hookah, but if it's the US, I should only buy charcoal if it's really cheap and if you got none left. In Germany, coals are really really cheap, so I should order some coals there.
- KM stem brush ? If there is no brush added when you buy your hookah, you should buy one. You really need a brush if you want to clean your hookah properly.
- Charcoal Holder, PAN ? It can be useful. If you feel like buying one, do so. I don't need one myself when smoking, but others do. It's up to you

- I'l buy some coals in germany then.
- I'l also buy a brush.
- The holder is handy i'm not that good with tongs and coals. (A).

Congrats on the new pipe! Ive heard great things about that rig and was looking at getting one myself.

wind cover- yes, great for controlling heat
Plastic mouth tips- not needed, if you plan on going to parties with hookahs or bringing this hookah to a party (i would strongly suggest against that one) then its good to have a few on hand
A phunnel or vortex- both haha. they are equally loved. get one, the other, or both!
Extra coal- yes, but make sure its cocos or ******* hookah coconut coals. the best by far.
KM stem brush- big yes, needed for proper cleaning and you dont want phantom flavors from not cleaning your hookah good enough.
Charcoal Holder- not super necessary. i just use a small cookie sheet or baking tray or whatever.

my opinions. whatever you decide, peace love and hookah!

foil is foil. foil can greatly differ in thickness from basically tissue paper thin to what seems like thin sheet metal depending on brand. and i dont mean the pre-cut i just mean the stuff from the grocery store. youll find one you like. and there are other variables like shiny side down, or up. amount of holes. two pieces of foil. all depends on preferences and what brand tobacco really.

Are there other things that just neeeed to have?

as most people here smoke hookah for a long time. mabe they wished they bought a specific accessoire earlier

yeah its kind cheap but its like a dollar for just as much at the store. but who knows, it could be your favorite. Other things you need are the heat shield. i would say a good hose like a km or nammor but it should be coming with one so youre good there

If it doesn't come with a washable hose, I'd consider picking one up. I was an idiot and didn't get one with my last order and I can't justify $30 shipped for a hose.

Make sure you get a few bowls. 2-3 Egyptians are always good to have on hand. A vortex and a phunnel wouldn't hurt either.

ah alright.

This is included with the Hookah
Brushes. Tonges. Grommets. Tray Box C.H. nature coals. A red 2010 KM signature Hose

So a vortex bowl and another modern bowl wil be on the list then.

a Question is a Khalil Maamoun Leather hose washable ? the website doesn't say it is....
if so i'l buy that one to.love the style of the handles.

With a KM you will need the EXTRA LARGE. It's the only one that is tall enough.

No. Good hose, but I would suggest getting a washable hose. I have washables that see daily use even after two years.

A vortex and a phunnel. You won't be sorry.

I dunno. That's a lot but i guess it not to much if you consider it over seas.

Also get a diffuser.

Yea 80 bucks. I think you can buy another hookah even a KM. I remember there was a site that had good prices KM i think it was in EU to. Gotta ask the Patel dude.

Tried to find it for you in a bit.

The diffuser makes the smoke smoother and quieter, yes. It also prevents the jumping jack effect on the coals due to vibrations from the big bubbles.

The diffuser would last you a loooong time. Well past your 50th session. It can also enhance the flavor.

There are some UK sites and some German sites who sell KM hookahs, German sites are cheaper overall. The shipping costs are like €10-20 for inside Europe.
I'm not sure if they sell your KM though

for the windcover, get an XL windcover, works with more bowls than any other cover

plastic mouth tips are good for when people come over....splurge a little and get coco tips, they are awesome, only tip nicer than the rest

phunnel or vortex....i say get a small phunnel, once you learn how to use it, its an excellent bowl

extra coal, heck yeah, natural coal is best, but make sure you keep some QL around for a back up plan

KM stem brush, you need a long stem brush. doesnt matter what brand, didnt even know KM made such a thing

charcoal holder, you dont need this unless you have to transport your coal a long distance from where you lit it to where your hookah is

there are metal hookah toppers to replace th efoil and they work just as well they even have tabs to the side to be able to remove it from the top with your tongs of coarse and you will need hookah brushes one for the base one for the stem and you may look into the coco tips from coconara they are cheap and the feel is better than the round ones!! happy smoken welcome to the buzzed side!!

-A wind cover. ? YES make sure it is an extra large one that will fit over vortex/phunnel bowls. THIS IS A MUST BUY.

- Plastic mouth tips ? Only if you are going to have ppl over to smoke. I don't know about you but I usually only smoke with my close friends so I know are not ill or diseased lol

- A phunnel or vortex ? I have a vortex and love it. It prevents all the goo from dripping down the stem of my rig. It also helps to keep the flavor fresh and strong through the entire session. THIS IS A MUST BUY

- Extra coal ? you can never have enough coals. are you going to buy quick lights or natural coals?

- KM stem brush ? Your pipe should come with a brush. If not there are many diy brushes that you can make with old scrub pads and wire coat hangers.

- Charcoal Holder, PAN ? This is not a necessity unless you are using natural coals. I would personally go to the salvation army or some other used goods store and buy a few old pots that you would normally cook with.

-Hose What kind of hose did your rig come with? If you do not have a washable hose you need to buy one. a washable hose IS A MUST BUY. I have a v3 narbish and love it. If you smoke a strong flavor like mint of coffee it does a lot of damage to your hose but a washable one will be back in action just after you wash it.
