Default Question about SB containers.

Would it be safe to keep the SB tobacco inside the metal container, without the pastic?
I keep some Irish Cream inside a topper ware, but kind of dried a bit, so I thought I could place it in the original metal container, but I'm afraid it will oxidate the tobacco or something. Anyone got any experience regarding this?
Thanks.

I take the sb out of the plastic and just use the metal container that it came in. I haven't had a problem with it drying out are anything.

it's not air tight, but it's probably safe. i suggest lock-n-lock containers from wal mart

I usually get like a plastic sort of thing, put it over the open tin, and then put the metal lid on top of that. That way, it is more air tight

I just move everything to plastic zip lock bags since there cheap and take up less space

Ziploc Twist and lock lid containers cause they're watertight, and I've had instances where the juice leaked out of other containers into my backpack.. >_<

I keep them in the plastic and that in the can....

The can is really not air tight at all.... If you have a bunch of flavors and know some might be on the shelf for a while then ziplock them.

I don't like the containers or ziplock bags.
I use the Glad Tupperwear containers, work like a charm and make things less messy and easier to sort and stack.

Thanks for your replies, I guess it would be safe to store my shisha in the metal containers.

Also, IMO, this way of keeping my SB like that is better than ziplock bags. Cuz to me, ziplock bags get spread throughout the whole bag and its a pain lol. The way how it is in my container is easy to store and its easy to mix up the juices and tobacco and it is also easier for me to get the tobacco out for packing a bowl

Not that it's necessary, but I have a food saver and 2 tins of SB. You've inspired me and I think I'm going to try and vacuum save them. LOL. I will keep you informed on my results. I'm getting all hi-tech and crap!!! LOL.

Since Starbuzz is an investment in itself! I just move everything to a ziplock bag and then put it back in the tin. It is cheap for a plastic ziplock bag, compared to your investment price to buy Starbuzz. Why chance it?

The plastic tubs are a better investment, for your investment. And have a interest return of 8.5%.
But anyway, the plastic containers make it SOOooOOoOOoo much easier to store and mix, plus you can take them with out much worry of them opening or ripping.
