A gromet? If so you can buy those at most shops and they are super cheap on the net.

Tape is always good for a great seal, a little Duck tape, or electric tape works really good just put that at the end of the hose and it should work good

Take a trip to your local ace hardware or homedepot and bring your hose. Go into the o-ring section and I'm sure you can find seals that will fit to your hookah of different forms of gaskets and all other rubber materials to act as a grommet.

Agree with this one. I used a piece of masking tape on my Syrian until I finally broke down and bought a grommit. Didn't have a problem with it at all.

tape will work the only thing is if you use it for a long time taking it off and getting the residue off will suck. but if its gonna be permenent or tape after tape then who cares.

Grommets are really cheap so if your like me and get tired of dealing with towels and tape its not a budget buster buying new grommets.

Just use a bit of rag off an old shirt or a cloth, strip a long thin piece and rap it around the hose before putting it back in. I use cloth instead of a grommet, i don`t like plastic anywhere on my hookah.

I use electrical tape when I have problems with grommets. Make sure the electrical tape is neatly taped on to your hose end though.

electric tape is a good alternative for grommets. a bunch of my hoses have electric tape on them to make sure the seals are perfect

if you use tape and are worried about residue you could try gaffers tape, not sure how well it would seal but it doesnt really leave the residue of other tapes, even on cloths
