Default Death of a Salesman

I went to the mechanic's shop to get my wheel's aligned, which didn't happen since they closed before they could get to me, and I brought the Khalil Mamoon On the Rocks out for a sesh while I waited.

Got everything ready at home and shipped off towards Lincoln and Beach, with my hookah and Three Kings in hand. Parked in the front, far enough from the shop that I could smoke, but not enough that it would deter Peeping Toms.

It took me less than a minute to get those coals started, and less than thirty seconds to get that Kashmir Peach smokin'. By this time, I had attracted several workers on break, all of them asking me in a Viet accent, "what that?" Of course, I educated them on the hookah and offered them some, but they politely refused. For a good ten minutes, they crowded around me, marveling at that old On the Rocks. A few of them asked me the question that gets blood boiling, but instead of flipping a bitch, I kindly explained that to do so would risk ruining a good hookah.

The crowds died off and made way for the rain.

Coals littered the ground as I hurried to shelter the pipe and they quickly went out with a sizzle. Interesting session, although I would've enjoyed it more if my work buddies had been around. Sadly, they were down the street, less than a mile, confined in the stroller shop. I wept.

Oh, and Scoop, thanks again. 8)

I actually had to go back home to pick everything up when I realized it would be a few hours before I could do anything.

There will be an addition to my car very soon where I will have all my hookah supplies locked inside the trunk.

Oh, and John, do you carry any cases?!

Hmm, Saturday is iffy at best.

I have work from noon to eight, with a family grill session before.

Sunday, same thing.

Damn, I gotta pick up a Razan, too.

I opened this thread hoping to read about a dead salesman...but no....
haha
I refuse to smoke my hookah in public unless it's near the rich neighborhood because it is crawling with hookah-educated people. if i smoke closer to the middle of town, people always give me weird looks.

Did I mention I hunted down each one of those mechanics for not repairing my car?

I am still wiping the blood from my fingers.

The stroller shop at Knott's.

We pretty much get paid to work a few hours and then shoot the shit the rest of the time. It's great. We work hard when those busy hours come along, though.

Cool story. The title kinda threw me a curveball, but it was a good story after all. Sucks that you got rained out though. I love rain, but I don't know if I would love it if it rained all over my coal action. I would have to curse mother nature! As for the people asking your question way keep your cool . I have a short fuse and probably would've gotten belligerent . I hope I come across a random but interesting sesh like this soon.

Yeah, just yesterday a mate and I were smoking hookah at Lake Burbury lookout down the road from me when a couple of tourists pulled up out of curiosity and wanted to know about my Hookah, that was their first question. It's far better to explain it's correct use and educate someone then go off like a nutter.
