Exclamation Quick Intense Buzz?

Hey Guys,
Recently I've been getting the biggest buzz, almost to the point where i feel sick, and the funny thing is that its only taking 5mintues. At first i thought it was just me being weak, but all my friends tried it to and it hit them even quicker.

It's only when we smoke out of my 32inch KM Ice Head Hookah from Pimp my hookah.
Can anyone help me understand why, so i can fix it?
I cant even smoke a bowl out of it and its ruining my smoke sessions.

Heres my setup:
Standard Eygptian Bowl
32inch KM ICE HEAD HOOKAH
Standard KM Hose
Mix of layalina mint and layalina kiwi strawberry

Some people have lower nicotine tolerances than other people. When you go to smoke make sure you have something to snack on and perhaps some water or tea to drink. Don't take huge pulls either. Take some long slow easy pulls. Wait about 30 seconds in between pulls. See if these things help. It is all about pacing yourself when it comes to nicotine. It will mess you up if you get too much, too fast.

YES, snacks! Larry is right .. try to have something to eat prior to smoking .. and some water at the very least with your hookah. DON'T chain smoke it! and when you set it up, wait a few minutes for the coals to heat the bowl, you will get better smoke with out chain smoking it to start it.

also, make sure your coals are FULLY lit! Or you will be inhaling carbon monoxide! and buzzing you in a very bad way! And make sure you are using APPROVED hookah coals!

Hope that helps!

If you have another rig, it could simply be the fact that you get much bigger pulls from your KM. I would try taking slower, smaller pulls as Larry suggested and see if that helps

Drink water and make sure you've eaten something before or during your session.

Also, make sure you coals are fully lit b/c that is what can get you really sick and with a horrible headache

The coals are also a very real possibility.
You might try picking up some Starbuzz, Tangiers Lucid, or some other washed line and see if you still get the buzz.

Clean the hookah out very thoroughly... especially the little howl the smoke travels through in the heart (you'll find it". Most of the time there is fuzz in there, and there could be some glue inside the stem as well. Scrub it out, use something abrasive like salt along with your brush and some rubbing alcohol. Lemon Juice and vinegar also work. So does listerine.

Maybe the problem are the coals that you use or the amount you use, try to use some natural or in case you don't have use some quicklights like 3kings. Other thing may be the tobacco probably you put so much or it is too old. Those would be the most probable reasons so I hope you can fix that issue and also follow the rest advices like drinking water and have a snack.

We need to know what coals you use, where you light them, if they're fully lit, and some other stuff.
Layalina doesn't give me a buzz at all...

Maybe try mixing it with an herbal shisha like Soex, of the same flavor. Ice in the base should also slightly reduce nicotine content.

I dont know why but eating before a sessions doesnt sould logical if you think about it. When you eat, more blood is pumped to your stomach for the digestion so your brain has less blood. After you eat you fell relaxed, smoking or not.
i dont know what stands and i cant test it because chain-smoking tangiers doesnt buzz me...

That happened to me once, it got so bad that i passed out from walking outside to inside my apartment... Happened to a friend of mine as well... Not outta the same hookah.. After talking we had concluded that neither one of us had eaten, drank anything, and we had too many coals.. (Toguh the smoke wasnt really harsh at all)

So, eat, drink, limit the coals. (And like everyone else is saying, make sure the coals are completely litm assuming they are quick lights)

Hey guys i think i figured it out, well first off i ordered some new coals
I was orginally using olive wood charcoals which are thick and big (also natural) so i thought they were lit all the way thru when in reality i dont think they were, so i got EXOTICA Coals and they were great, only problem is they dont sell them in any shops near where i leave in VA

if i remember correctly, VA has like smoking bans in a lot of places. ordering online would be more cheaper because of the discount codes and stuff
